REPAIR TO KOTA STONE, TILING, SS RAILING, IRON RAILING AND OTHER ALLIED WORKS AT VARIOUS LAOCTIONS UNDER GE 871 EWS

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), ncluding cleaning, removal and disposal of rubbish/ waste materials from premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10(1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 75mm thick, as in plinth protection, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-15(1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), nominal mix, 25mm thick, as in floors, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth including and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome/ red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick, over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over cement screed bed 20mm thick on cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless-steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless-steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.
