Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick above or below ground level complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stonework built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings ,dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and stacking the serviceable materials within 100m and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up upto 75/110mm bore drain pipes (SGSW/AC/RCC/PVC), set in CM , complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ( nominal mix ) type B-1 (using 201mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar ands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork where required complete all as specified and directed.

Brick work with old size fly ash bricks, class 7.5, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified & directed.

Cutting holes into or through cement concrete slabs, chajjas, etc. reinforced or otherwise, Superficial Area not exc 100Sqcm, complete all as specified.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel work in Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming toFe-410- W(Gde- E-250) quality- B, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

25mm thk PCC type B-0,1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as chamfering in RCC Chajjas well proper slope well cemented and bonded with surface complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to leakage/seepage in sunken portion of WC/Bath/Kitchen from outside area duly taking down brick/stone masonry or concrete surface upto the broken trap/bend/joint/Pipe of any descreption and rectifying the leakage from joint with cement sand mortar and replacement of CI/PVC trap/bend/joint/Pipe/EWC/IWC and make good the disturbed portion complete all as required and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surface of walls in CM 1:4 finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement on external wall surface with water proofing compound, complete all as specified. Note : Supply Only water proofing Compound shall be measured and pain seperately.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of RCC concrete surfaces of soffits of slab/facias/fins and including applying cement slurry in bottom of slab, chajjas, fin, facias etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/beams/columns/balconies etc. and also applying one coat of anti corrision paint to visible reinforcement if any. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm including 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each using shot gun or pressure nozzle for grouting the surface well bonded with reinforcement (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only intergal water proofing compound, complete all as specified.

Preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Exterior Painting work including complete removal of existing treatment till top surface of existing plaster and crack filling with crack seal upto 3mm where required and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding these surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of water proof primer on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified.

Exterior Painting work and making good/smooth the surface with wall putty with silicon additives and sanding these surface for removal of loose particles and applying one coat of water proof primer on walls and chajjas with 10% dilution of water and applying two coats of 100% acrylic smooth emulsion exterior grade with silicon additives and anti-algal properties, complete all as specified.

Taking down old cement plaster of walls and perform waterproofing of exterior walls, including raking out joints,loose particles complete and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified high performance coating . The treatment shall be done from ground level and upto suitable height as directed and icluding 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 well finished even and smooth complete all as sepcified and directed. Note : All treatment shall be done by OEM authorised applicator only.

Steel tubes, 32 mm bore, galvanised, "medium grade" with all fittings and fixtures and short lengths, for over flow pipe including necessary fixing washers, socket,nipple,union,elbow etc to existing water tank complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) 75mm bore (dia) soil, waste and ventilating pipe, singe socketed, in any length with Rubber Ring Joints fixed to walls, fittings, etc, complete all as directed and all as specified.

25mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight-455gms) , fixed in repair complete all as specified.

20mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed.(Minimum weight-210gms) , fixed in repair complete all as specified.

32mm tank Nipple suitable for HDPE water tank complete all as specified and directed.
