Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 75mm thick type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughning surfaces of old concrete floor by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay machine cut polished kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick with white marble border over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Marble border shall be measured and paid separetly under relevent item of this schedule.

M&L for white marble work 18 to 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished )in floors ,steps,jambs,pillars,windows cills,etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for taking down existing steel gate and refixing in the same location after completion of flooring including necessary addition /alteration of gate all as required as per site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
