Bored cast-in-situ M35 grade RCC piles of 1200 mm diameter in all kinds of soil (including hard & boulders ) with Hydraulic Rig excluding cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of Shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc, (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of the pile cap). All complete as per drawing and conforming to section 1100 and 1700 of MORTH specifications of latest edition and clause 709 of IRC: 78-2000/latest edition including cost of bentonite slurry, removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead etc. complete in all respect. (i) 1200 dia piles (A) The scope of work in the above items include: (1) The cost of all initial layout of piles and setting out, initial excavation, if any (2 a) The cost of boring through all types of soils/existing road/ pavement, removal of all obstruction like boulders, old foundation concrete or rock to be paid in relevant item above by chiseling or any other method as approved by the Engineer-in-charge. If a bore is abandoned for any reason no payment shall be made for such incomplete boring and shifting of the equipments (2 b) The cost of filling up of the empty bore, if required (3) The cost of preparation, circulation and handling of bentonite slurry. (4) The cost of disposal of all spoil, bentonite waste to keep the work area neat. (5) The cost of providing temporary liner and its withdrawal, if required below adjoining ground level (irrespective of the R.L of the adjoining ground level) for vertical piles) (6) The cost of providing and mixing all ingredients of cement concrete (except reinforcement steel) including admixtures, with batching plant, transporation, placement of concrete by tremie pipe for the required lengths of pile including providing cover blocks, stiffeners, handling bars etc. for safe handling of reinforcement cage. (7) The cost of breaking of pile head not earlier than 3 days after concreting and to remove spoil concrete to bring the pile head to the socketing level including cleaning and arranging the extended reinforcement bars as per drawings. (8) The cost of working for all leads, lifts, pumping / bailing out of water, labour, material and equipment etc. (9) The cost of mobilizing to site, installation at different locations transferring / dismantling, shifting, reinstalling and removal from site of the piling rigs and / or other equipments and all accessories including working plateforms (10) The cost of identification, protection and maintenance of existing services, if any, which in the opinion of Engineer-in-charge are likely to be affected by piling operation incl. temporary shifting of such services to facilitate piling job shall also have to be done, if so required by the Engineer-in-charge and the cost for the same as assessed by the engineer-in-charge shall be reimbursable (11) The cost of barricading and all traffic safety requirements as specified in the tender document. (12) The cost of all incidentals, labour, material, equipment and works required to execute the job. The item also includes any other incidental expenditures for completing the job as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge (13) The item includes the cost of testing of all the materials involved in the execution of the item as per QAP. (B) Mode of measurement: (14) The contract unit rate shall also include costs of all labour, materials, equipments and all other incidentals involved in conducting routine and initial pile load tests, including installation of piles for intial load tests.

Providing and laying 50mm thick bituminous concrete (BC) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG -30 @ 5.2% per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor controlto the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of per MORTH specifications Note: - I If bitumen required more than 5.2% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work. II - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. The anti – stripping agent should conform to the requirement as stipulated in IS 14982:2017. The cost so incurred will be considered as incidental to work and nothing extra shall be payable. The type and brand of anti-stripping agent along with procedure shall be approved by SE-in-charge in writing before start of work. A proper record of results be maintained and same shall be submitted along with bills by the contractor. III - Where there is only BC on existing black top, cracks shall be sealed as MoRT&H specification 5th revision clause No. 3004.3, which may consists of (i) Fog seal/ or (ii) crack filling and or (iii) patch work repair as required at site in accordance with clause No. 3004.3.2, 3004.3.3 and 3004.2 of MoRT&H specification 5th revision respectively. Proper measurement and consumption shall be entered in MB for cracks sealed but no payment on this account shall be made as crack filling is incidental to work.

Note: - Before start of work the contractor shall give brand, batch number, manufacturing date of the material to be used along with a photocopy of bill duly signed by the contractor and get approved the same from Engineer-In-Charge before use.(HSR 34.26)

Construction of embankment, sub grade and shoulders of approaches of bridge with soil of minimum CBR (4 days soaked) of 8% obtained from borrow pit with all lead and lift transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H specification clause No. 305. The finished road surface will be as per X-section and L-section given in the Detail estimate with respect to GTS. At no place top of sub grade of raised road will be less than 0.90 m above adjoining NSL. NSL for a block of 100m will be worked as mean of 6 levels taken on 20 m center to center length of road. These six levels are at three location on both side one at edge ROW. Other at 5 m and 10 m away from ROW. In case the quantity of earth work calculated with NSL and finished level found to be less than 9209.62 cum. Then actual quantity (less than 9209.62 cum) will be paid. In case quantity worked out is more than 9209.62 cum, then only 9209.62 cum will be paid. Excess quantity shall be incidental to work and nothing extra will be paid. Further it shall be ensured that atleast 500 mm of sub grade with earth of CBR 8% shall be constructed at each location. Wherever any cutting of existing subgrade is required on this account excavation as well as handling and disposal of earthwork to accommodate minimum 500mm thick subgrade of minimum 8% CBR shall be carried out by the agency at his own cost. Nothing extra will be paid on this account. Before start of work, L-section shall be got approved from the employer with respect to GTS. Note: If soil of CBR 8% is not available then the agency will do appropriate stabilization as per IRC –SP-89-2010 as approved by SE-in-Charge and nothing extra shall be paid on this account and it will be incidental to work. No earth work will be allowed from PWD land.

Providing & laying Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material - Grading-II (Table:- 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.of MORT&H specifications. The use of self propelled mechanical paver fitted with electronic sensor device conforming to MoRT&H specification (5th edition) 2013 in mandatory. If bitumen required more than 4.50% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be made, extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.(NS) Note: - Before carrying out bituminous work, coating & stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is to be performed in accordance with IS – 6241. If coating and stripping of bitumen aggregate mix is less than 95%, anti-stripping agent will be used by contractor. Road Delineators Providing and fixing of standard Metal Delineator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white colour using Microprismatic retro reflective sheeting on each side conforming with IRC 67-2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection values as per Class C table specification. The delineator shall be painted with only black colour powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of retro reflective sheeting only in white colour shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below ground while being installed. The delineator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheet vandal proof. The delineator is meant for application on gaps in median, traffic islands, dangerous bends, roundabouts, narrow bridges etc or as desired by site engineer. The product shall be provided with 3 year outdoor warranty report tested in India condition as per IRC 67: 2012 requirement.(HSR34.37)

Hazard Marker sign board 300x900mm rectangular as per IRC 67- 2012 with retro reflective Sheeting as per ASTM D 4956 09 and IRC 67 2012, fixed over 4mm thick Aluminium Composite Material (ACM) sheeting having skin thickness of 0.4 to 0.5 mm on both sided and fixing the same with suitable size aluminium alloy rivets @ 200 mm c/c to back support frame of 25x25x3mm angle iron supported on a square hollow steel section post 60x60x3.2mm conforming to IS 4923 firmly fixed to ground including foundation concrete M-25 of size 0.45x0.45x0.60m for vertical post complete as per clause 801 of MORT&H specifications. Supplier shall provide a warranty as per clause 6.9 of IRC 67-2012 for retro reflective sheeting & a certified copy of test reports from an independent test laboratory including three year outdoor weathering test report for sheeting tested in India condition conforming to clause 6.7 of IRC 67- 2012. (HSR 34.19.1) Using retro reflective Sheeting Class C as per IRC 67 2012 Note:- I) In case of any diference in the Unit and nomenclature of any of the HSR items or Civil/PH&EI works depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit & nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. ii) only reputed make material will be used (Make/brand/exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved documents) as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge, while executing various items/work as site. In case cement cntent of the Design mix is more than the specified in above items nothing extra will be paid for extra cement to be consumed. In case cement content of the Design mix is less than the specified in above items, then less cement used as per design mix is recoverable separately as per base rates. Basic rate of material in this BOQ are inclusive of all taxes i/c GST, duties cess royalities.
