Cleaning and up-keeping of CHM Hospital, CHM Colony and MRS Colony including R/M of water supply and Providing assistance for different works required day to day of CHM and MRS under Hasdeo Area. (for One Year).

Amount

Deployment of semi-skilled & unskilled manpower for Mines Rescue Station for different work such as Non-Residential building, Offices, Pump House and Bunglow etc. as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. (2 Semi-skilled and 5 nos Unskilled manpower per day)

Cleaning, sweeping and mopping of entire Central Hospital rooms, wards, corridors O.T. kitchen and other chambers, toilets bathrooms,canteen roads drains inspection chambers septic tanks sewer lines and root cleaning etc. in minimum two shifts in a day using required machines and chemicals House keeping experts and dresses (Uniforms) etc. will be at the cost of contractor as per details of scope of work including maintenance of all machines, tools and tackles etc. also including operation of machines as and when required. Execution of work as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge. The places where the machine is inaccessible are to be cleaned manually. The work shall be inclusive of wet cleaning and dry cleaning both with arrangement of brooms etc. all complete as per requirement. The scope of work will be as under: (A) MACHINES: (i) CA- 340 Scrubber Drier (ii) SW- 655 Manual Walk Behind Sweeper (iii) WD - 255 Wet and Dry Vaccum Cleaner (iv) N- 250 High Pressure Cold Water Cleaner (v) GA- 450 Scrubber cum Drier Machine (B) DRESS/ UNIFORMS (FOR EACH HOUSE KEEPING EXPERT (i) Two set uniforms (ii) Gloves, Masks shoes etc. (iii) IDENTITY CARD (Total quantity for one years will be (a) Shirt & pant 19 x 2 X 2 = 76 set (b) Shoes 19 x 2 = 38 pair (c) Electrical gloves 4 x 2 x 2 = 16 pair (d) Mask cloth cotton 19 x 2 x 2 = 76 pair (e) Identity card 19 x 1 = 19 nos (f) Gloves surgical 19 x 730 = 13870 pair) Note: (1) minimum 17 Nos. House keeping persons, minimum 10 Nos. persons for different works and 02 Nos House keeping supervisors, 04 Nos Different work Supervisors will be engaged daily (2) The chemicals required for the job and uniforms gloves, masks, shoes etc. are to be deposited in local Deptt store under custody of concerned supervisor/ sanitory inspector which will be issued as per requirement proper record of deployment of labour is to be kept in wages sheet and daily O.K. report should be obtained from concerned superviser / sanitory inspector regarding all other related works. Any lagging of manpower/ materials etc. if found, deduction shall be made on the basis of approved rates accordingly.

Cleaning of chocked inspection chambers, S.W. pipe & W.C. pan etc.& Removal Slab and fixing complete as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge.

Cleaning of sewar line in/c. removing of sludge and stacking - as per instrctuion of Engineer In-Charge.

Cleaning of main drain of size 230 mm & above including removing sludge and stacking at suitable place & Removal Slab and fixing as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge

Cleaning of small drain of size below 230 mm including removing sludge and stacking at suitable place & Removal Slab and fixing as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge.

Cleaning of road berms including the space upto boundary of the quarters, front and back side including disposal of garbage as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Spraying of Anti Malaria Liquid (KO3) in back side/front of residential colony & NRB including Transportation of machine material mixing etc. all complete as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge.

Removal/uprooting of unwanted vegetation/plants from the surface of building & disposal of same 50 mtr. lead. Including finishing surface, making good condition as per Instruction of Engineer In-Charge.

Labour Rate for cleaning of tank (Over head tank) including scraping of wall, cleaning of floor, mud etc. draining out the water / mud / sludge etc. including applying lime and bleaching power on the cleared surface including All safety measure/ precaution to be responsibility of Contractor - as per instruction of Eng. in-charge.

Cleaning of tank including walk cleaning of floor mud etc. drain out the water/mud/sludge for tank excluding white washing scraped/cleared surface as per instruction of eng-in-charge. (CHM Colony tank)

Repairing of damaged door / windows employees quarter at CHM & MRS Colony & NRB providing carpentry work as per direction of Engineer In-charge. (Total 01 Nos. Unskilled & 01 Nos. Semiskilled Manpower per day)

Repair maintenance of existing water supply system for running of drinking water supply, valve opening etc. Repairing as per instruction complete at CHM & MRS township. (Total 04 Nos. Unskilled Manpower per day)
