Improvement of Karo Bridge to Dumdum Bridge via Koida Town from 3/145 km to 5/035 km in the district of Sundargarh under State Plan for the year 2025-26

Providing and applying Tack Coat with medium setting bitumen emulsion on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface including cleaning with mechanical broom and spraying bitumen emulsion @ 0.20 Kg/ Sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, Clause 501.5.2 & 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed stone of Grade-II aggregate with batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete in all respects as per Clause No.507 & Section 900 of specifications for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) &including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, cess, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 25 mm thick Mastic Asphalt Wearing Course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirments given in table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 12.2 mm nominal size @ 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an apporoximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100 dehree centigrade, protruding 1 mm to 4mm over mastic surface all complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse hard granite crusher broken aggregate (Using Branded Cement) and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1,cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a Batching Plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per Clause 601 and section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works(5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing road marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250gms per sqm area , thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc. for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 803 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge work (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of bi-directional retro reflective raised pavement Markers of approved colour, quality & make conforming to ASTM D-4280 made from injection moulded high impact polymer including cleaning, preparation of surface and fixing at position with approved quality adhesives including including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, transportation, duties, sundries, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil or gravelly soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m, initial lift including shoring,shuttering, propping bullahs, piling,dewatering from foundation, with & working pumps & staking the excaveted materials away from the working area including rough dressing the bed and foundation tranches to required size including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing, filling Clean Sand of approved quality in road work for construction of drainage layer and foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance, taxes, cess,royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.
