under (R & B) -Division, Himatnagar. Year: 2025-

26 including required staff as below.

(1) Senior Building Engineer cum

Team Leader – 1 No.

(2) Building Engineer – 1 No.

(3) Quality Engineer for Building/ laboratory – 1 No.

(4) Site supervisor for Construction Work – 2 No.

(5) Lab Technician – 1 No.

I/We am/are willing to carry out the work at % below percent (should be written in

figures and words) of the estimated rates mentioned above. Amount of my/out tender works out as under.

1. The Payment shall be made on basis of proportionate cost of work done

multiplying by tender amount of BOQ. Above / Below percentage rate quoted by

QATA agency will be added / deducted or in bill amount.

2. The charges payable will always be restricted to the tendered amount.

3. The rate include all the taxes excluding GST. GST will be paid extra as per prevailing GST

rates at the time of submission of bills.

4. No escalation will be payable during the services

5. Insurances shall not be allowed separately. These will be incidental to main items.

6. Rates for all items shall be quoted in figures as well as in words.

7. Rates are inclusive of all supportd staff, office accomodation, transportation & all other
