Providing and laying at all locations Exterior tile flooring of approved make and colour laid over cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) of minimum 25 mm thick set in a floating coat of cement jointed & pointed with white / grey cement mixed with approved colouring pigments / grout to match the colour & shade of tiles including material, cutting, wastage, curing, protecting, cleaning, labour, tools etc.,complete at balconies and all locations as per designs, drawings, specification and as directed by the Project Manager- For Balcony area. Providing and constructing block work of 400 x 200x 200 mm thickness for external walls at all levels and locations using approved quality blocks (400 x 200x 200mm size) of minimum average compressive strengths of 5 N/sq. mm at 28 days as per drawings & details including raking out of joints or finishing joints flush, leaving holes, cut outs, openings, and making them good, rough cutting, bedding, curing of block work for a minimum period of 10 days, etc. complete as directed by Project Manager. PANEL: Unitile® USF with Top Stone Access Floor panel of size 600 x 600 mm shall be all steel welded construction with an enclosed bottom pan of 64 hemispherical recesses for increased support and top plain sheet is fuse welded at 129 locations to form a panel. The hollow panels post manufacturing shall be pretreated on a Automated Pre treatment line and further coated with electro statically deposited epoxy raisin paint 60 - 80 micron thick on all the exposed sides of the panel. Post coating the hollow core of the panel is injected with a light weight, fire retardant, non combustible cementitious compound at high pressure to ensure support of not less than 90% of the top surface area of the panel.

FINISH OF THE PANEL: The panel is then pasted with Stone/Vitrified/Marble of 600 x 600 mm with special glue to ensure maximum bonding to the steel surface. The edges of the Stone and the panel are protected with conductive PVC edge trim on all sides. This edge trim is mechanically locked and sealed in place to avoid detachment

JACK ASSEMBLY:Sub structure installed to support the panel shall be suitable to achieve a minimum finished floor height of 150 mm to a maximum of 2000 mm from the existing floor level. Pedestal design shall confirm speedy assembly and removal for relocation and maintenance. The assembly shall provide easy adjustment of leveling and accurately align panels for a maximum ± 25 mm in the vertical direction. Pedestals shall support an axial load without permanent deflection and an ultimate load as laid out in System Performance requirement. The Pedestal head assembly shall consist of a embossed head mechanically riveted to a rolled formed stud and 2 check nuts for level adjustment and arresting vertical movement. The pedestal head shall consist of an anti-vibrational conductive cap with inbuilt isolating spacers for Panel and stringer location. The Pedestal Base assembly shall consist of pipe mechanically locked on a press for perpendicularity and then mechanically riveted to a base plate with stiffening folds for enhanced strength & excellent grip to glue. The sub structure assembly shall be suitably anchored to the floor with suitable adhesive or fastener as recommended by the consultant / manufacturer. All steel components shall be Hot Dip Galvanized.

HEAD: The jack head consists 90 x 90 x 4mm thk. Die cut steel plate having tapped holes either to receive screws for locking stringer or bare tiles. To the bottom of the head a flared pipe of 40mm  is MIG welded. The reduced end (25mm ) has internal threads enabling it to be engaged to the pedestal. The adjusted height of the jack assembly is locked by specially designed check nut, which allows locking without use of spanners. The pedestal is either powder coated or electrogalvanised for prevention of corrosion and the head is electrogalvanised for prevention of corrosion. STRINGERS: The stringer is hot dipped galvanized steel cold rolled construction specially designed with ribs embossed on 3 sides for strength, lateral stability, and for enhanced rolling loads performance and to support the panels on all four sides for alignment. The stringer to have a counter sunk holes at both ends to accommodate bolting of M6 machine screws to the pedestal head assembly.

The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 70%, NRC 0.50, Light Reflectance >80%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052- 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance Class 0/Class1 (BS476 Pt:6&7) in module size of 600 X 600 X 14 mm & suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 55%. The grid should be of “Armstrong” make with 24mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 32. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 120 grams per M2 & passed through 72 hrs of Salt test. To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit using Armstrong suspension system (specifications below) at 1200mm maximum centre. The First/Last Armstrong suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. M6 Anchor Fasteners with Vertical Hangers made of Galvanised steel of size 26 x 26 x 25 x 1.2mm with a Galvanised Thickness of 80gsm, A pre Straightened Hanger wire of dia – 2.68 mm of 1.83 m length., thickness of 80gsm and a tensile strength of 344-413 MPa, along with Adjustable hook clips of 0.8mm thick, galvanised spring steel for 2.68 mm with a minimum pull strength of 110 kg. The adjustable clip also consists of a 3.5 mm aquiline wire to be used with the main runner.

Providing and fixing calcium silicate board 8mm thick with 600x 600 mm grid system using ' Daiken'or approved equaling regular frame of suspended grid system with galvanized steel `T’ section frame work of hot dipped galvanized steel pre-coated (exposed portion only), which includes flush fitting 1200mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centers to form 1200x600mm modules. Cut cross tees longer that 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees.
