M& Lin repair for fabrication and fixing of powder coated aluminium door shutter fixed with rubber gasket, stopper, cleats, handles etc complete for aluminium frame of size 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2mm and section of bottom and top rail of section114mmx44.45mmx2mm thick and and lock rail shutter frame of 83mm x 44.45mm x 2 mm with and including panels of 5.5 mm thick plain/frosted float glass,and with anodised aluminium snap beading of size 18.2mmx16.66mm scred for fixing fully including double action door spring hydraulically regulated made up of 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and all necessary fittinngsand EPDM rubber packing each shutter shall be provided with two decorative type aluminium disc handle of 150 mm dia per shutter ,1 no heavy duty door shutter 1no 200mm long aluminium tower bolt per shutter including taking down old onecomplete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of Ceiling Board of any description and any thickness including Cover Fillets, Cornices, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanized steel tubing medium grade, 40 mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilingr all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs for aluminium anodised snap grid (605X605mm size) to support the boards / tiles with aluminium Tee section 35 mm x 25 mm x 1.40 mm, cross Tee 23.50 mm x 23.50 mm x 1.40 mm and aluminium angle 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.40 mm as on edge / sides including proper hanging arrangement with 4 mm dia anodized galvanised iron wire with false ceiling iof 4 mm thick E board classic for insulation and accoustic purposes of size 600X600 mm fixed with necessary accessories to frame work or with staples on snap grid upto ceiling proper scafolding arrangementsand with complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement for CP curtain rod 25 mm dia with socket storeyed bldg including taking out old onecomplete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs 4mm thick ordinary, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50sqm in each paneincluding hacking out old one complete all as directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs stainless steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless including taking old one steel staples all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in door, gates etc and similar works complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riv-eted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 390 Gde E-165 complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth wall tiling incld cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises.

S & F of coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tiles. 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finish es.

M & L for glazed ceramic colour tiles 450X 350X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:3 for laying wall tiles. approved by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with tile including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified

Demolition of stome slab and tiles of any desc or thickness in floor or apron etc laid bedded in cement morter

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over 20 mm thickscreed bed in CM in 1:4 complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement morter 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement morter 1:4 with water proofing compound finished even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separetely)

Sliding mesh Sash (42mm x 57mm) Sliding interlock (One vertical length in each shutters) (45.5mm x 28mm), Glazing bead (24.5mm x 16mm) will be miterd cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware. EPDM gasket, 1.2+ -0.2mm thick galvanised steel Frame (30mm x 18mm) 2 nos, sliding sash (30mm x 18mm), sliding mesh sash (26mm x 10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fasteners, Hardware [Touch Lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated), steel roller system. Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and required accessories. (Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor excludes cost of glass and includes all other connected accessories. Net Opening will be measured for payment)
