Providing and Supplying of furnitures for KIADB Head Office new building, Gandhinagar, Bengaluru.

The bidder / manufacturer should have executed atleast one order for similar items such as furnitures to the extent of minimum 80% of the value of the bid amount put to tender in ANY ONE OF the immediately preceding 3 years i.e., 2022-23 to 2024-25. And such supplies should have been made to any Govt organizations - State Govt / Central Govt / PSUs

The bidder / manufacturer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance for both (a) and (b) above, in proforma under Section XI.

The bidder / manufacturer should submit, satisfactory certificate from the Govt organizations - State Govt / Central Govt / PSUs to which such supplies were made satisfactorily. Such certificate should be certified by competent authority

The bidder / manufacturer should have latest valid ISO 9001: 2015 Certificates. (Design, Development, Manufacture, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Home & Institutional Furniture.) ISO 14001:2015 Certificates. (Design, Development, Manufacture, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Home & Institutional Furniture.) ISO 45001:2018 Certificates. (Design, Development, Manufacture, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Home & Institutional Furniture.) ISO 50001: 2018 Certificates. (Design, Development, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, Supply, Institutional Furniture, Work Space. BIFMA Membership Certificate for continuous period of 10 years. In addition to the above, the bidder / manufacturers should furnish Factory registration certificate in case of Manufacturers

Quoted products shall be Green guard, Green proissued by competent Authorities such as: Greenguard certificate by UL Environment, Greenpro by CII-Green products and Services Council.The bidder/manufacturer should be Members of Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The bidder / Manufacturer shall also produce the certificate details from the respective websites.At least 60% of the products quoted shall be GreenGuard/GreePro Certified. The OEM/Bidder Shall upload Declaration along with relevant and valid GreenGuard/GreenPro Certificates. Such certificates should have been issued by competent authority such as : Greenguard certificate by UL Environment, Greenpro by CII-Green products and Services Council.

The bidder / manufacturer should have capability to provide service support during the maintenance period, as the defect liability period for any manufacturing defects will be one year. Documentary evidence must be furnished in support of the SALES & SERVICE network in Karnataka

The bidder / manufacturer should have valid MSME Certificate

The bidder / manufacturer should have PAN Card

The bidder / manufacturer should have GST Registration Certificate

The bidder / manufacturer should have ESI & EPF registration certificate and EPF & ESI returns filled copy for last one years 2024-25.

The bidder / manufacturer should have Labour Department Certificate.

The bidder / manufacturer / manufacturer should have their own Manufacturing Unit in India for manufacturing Furniture and The manufacturing company should be having in house facility for manufacturing the furniture as per tender requirement

The bidder / manufacturer should have their own design team for designing required layouts.

The Bidder / manufacturer Should have Trade Mark registration issued by the Govt. of India for the product offered in the Tender

The bidder / manufacturer / manufacturer should not have been blacklisted by any State Govt / Central Govt / PSUs / Banking Companies in any of the proceeding 10 financial years.

Supply directly by the Manufacturers will be preferred. However, in case the Manufacturers has appointed authorized dealers for such supply from the factory and have authorization from the Manufacturers, such suppliers will be considered. Payment will be made to such authorized dealers if Manufacturer enter in to an agreement with the procurement authority (purchaser) to this effect.

The bidder / manufacturer shall have a registered TOLL-FREE no for logging service calls. And such toll-free no shall be operational at least for the last 5 years

The bidder / manufacturer should submit sample for the following products within 5 days before submitting the tender: (a) L shape Executive Table 1650W, (b) L shape Executive Table 2100W, (c) L shape Executive Table 2350W, (d) 1 seater Sofa Wooden, (e) 3 seater Sofa wooden, (f) Premium High Back Chair, (g) 14 Seater Conference table, (h) Computer Table

The bidder / manufacturer should have achieved in at least two financial years an average financial turnover of Rs.244.00 Lakhs in the last three years period (2022-23 to 2024-25)

The bidder / manufacturer should have Income tax return acknowledgement for the assessment year 2024-25
