Taking down carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc.) removing material from the site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floor or ceiling etc. to match with existing specifications complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light point/fan point controlled by one-one way switch with 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS,PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor unsheathed in and including non metalic rigid PVC casing & caping of 25mm width (Medium grade double locking system) complete with all acessories including PVC sunk box ISI marked for mounting of switches, sockets, fan regulator etc with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet as top cover, and 1.5 Sqmm. (nominal area) single core FRLS, PVC insulated 1100 Volts, grade multi stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire upto common earth and connected to earth dolly including making good the diturbed surfaces compete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Three run of copper conductor of required size and one run of casing capping measured as one unit)

Supply and fixing in replacement Lamp holder insulated body PVC/ Polycabonate type with back plate suitable for batten/angular/pendent fittings including LED lamp 9 watt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for LED Tube light fitting, complete with 1x 20 watts, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder in and including LED tube light connection complete prewired and connecting electrically to ceiling rose to fitting using PVC insulated and overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable of size 0.75 sqmm 3 core and connector block etc and necessary fixing arrangement at any height complete as in repair all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs High efficacy 2'x2' recess LED flat panel light fittings 36W LED 6000K edge-lit luminaire with in and including LED lamp suitable for armstrong/grid ceiling complete for low ceiling applications complete with all accessories pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size (Make :-Havells, Cat part PLUTONEO02X2PLR34WLED840S / Crompton Greaves, Cat No LCTLSNE-36-FO-CDL or equivalent of philips.

S&F for LED bulb 9 watts, 240 volts suitable for housing in pendent/batten/angular holder complete as in repair all as required at site or directed.

M&L for sheet metal enclosure MCB distribution board, double door single pole and neutral with IP-66 protection single phase 240 volts 4 way, including suitable size copper bus bar and neutral link fixed flush in wall including chases wall for fixing DB and making good distributed wall surfaces to match with existing specification complete as in repair all as specified and directed. (Note:- MCBs will be measured separately.)

S&F for factory made sheet metal enclosure, double door, 415 volts, AC, TPN vertical distribution board 12 way painted with epoxy based powder coated suitable for mounting MCCB as incomer of rating upto 160 Amps, FP, rating upto 36 KA and MCB SP/TP as outoing and complete with including 200 Amps rated copper busbar, neutral bar, earth bar, conneting cable links with and including top bottom removeable gland plate complewte with IP 43 protection complete in repair all as specified and directed. (Note:- MCBs will be measured separately.)

S&F for LED driver suitable for high efficacy 2"x2" recess LED flat panel light 24W with due care and refixing the fitting after servicing including connecting electricaly using cord flexible 3 core PVC insulated over all sheathed with flexible copper conductor of size 0.75 sqmm complete as in repair all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate surrounded by and packed with 15 cm thick layer of char coal dust and common salt, earth lead GI wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, Nuts, Check Nuts and washers of galvanized iron and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm bore and water pipe 20 mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 & RCC cover all as specified & shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR part I of 2010 including testing on completion including taking down existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specified.

Supply, Laying, connecting and testing in replacement of service cable of size 10 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspension wire or drawn in and including medium grade non metallic rigid PVC conduit as per site requirement, flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, connecting and testing in replacement of service cable of size 16 Sqmm 2 core 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alumn conductor, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart including 4mm suspension wire or drawn in and including medium grade non metallic rigid PVC conduit as per site requirement, flat or circular complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement energy saving and environmental friendly long life street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with acrylic cover as diffuser with IP66 protection and Impact resistance of IK07 and electronic driver of 40W LED 5700K and making necessary connections including street light bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.2 mtr long duly painted with synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer incl MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washers 02 set complete as in repairs all as specified and directed. S&F for post top lantern light fitting 35/40 watts with cast aluminium spigot lid cover and clear acrylic cover with IP65 protection complete with all accessories including fixing arrangement on top surface of boundary wall or on pillar by providing GI pipe of suitable size and length as per site requirement and making good the distrubed portion to match with existing surface complete as in repair all as specified and directed.
