Installation, testing and Commissioning of 63 KVA Step-down transformer 11/0.440 KV) Level -1(Al. Wound) fitted with Silica Gel Breather,oil filled and tested,complete in all respects including earthing of sub-station as per latest specifications and drawing adopted/approved by the department.

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 9 Mtr long (410-SP-33) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 8 Mtr long (410-SP-15) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of MS Channel Cross arms (100X50X50X6 mm) and (75X40X40X6 mm),transformer Belting, Clamps etc. fabricated out of Galvanised steel of different sizes to be fixed with G.I Nuts and bolts and washers.(as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing , and Installation of 11KV G.O Switches of Capacity 200 A (09 insulator p-ost type)with with arrangements for pad locks andv operating rod.The operating rod should be G,I Pipe (B class)of 25 mm dia of requisite length. station type with all accessories (as per latest specification & drawings adopted & approved by the department.

Providing , and Installation of 11KV LA station type with all accessories (as per latest specification & drawings adopted & approved by the department.

Providing , transportation and installation of 11 KV D.O Fuse set with all accessories as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing , transportation and installation of LT Fuse set consisting of Al .Coonnectors fixed on epoxy LT insulators mounted on Angle iron (50X50X6mm) frame as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing andfixing of Disc insulator (45 KN) B&) with G.I Fitting Compitable with ACSR0.3/.05 conductor all accessories as per latest specifications & drawings adopted and approved by the department

Providing, and fixing of 11 KV Pin insulators with G.I Pins (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing, and fixing of GI Clamps with LT Shackle insulators including nuts and bolts.(GI Back Clamps to be fixed with out drilling/punching of poles).

Providing and fixing of PVC Cable 185 mm2 (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of PVC Cable 185 mm2 SL Clamps for Cable termination (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of PVC Cable 185 mm2 Al. Thimbles for Cable termination (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and Laying, stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor (Rabbit) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of insulator complete in all respects (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of LT pole spiral earthing 125 SWG Complete (as per latest specifications and drawing adopted /approved by the department.

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-Oxide and Two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint)

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0 .45 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing of concrete in size of 600X600X 1700mm for 9 Mtr ST poles (540,SP-33 ) (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).
