The intending bidder/firm/company/ Joint venture should have Mandating satisfactorily completed 90% of work individually executed, at least one similar work like Modernisation of Canal and Construction of CD Works of value not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e. not less than Rs: 3677.00 Lakhs during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25.Note: The certificates should be obtained from the competent authority that is not below the rank of the Executive Engineer or equivalent rank officer, & should be countersigned by the Superintending Engineer or equivalent rank officer.(The cost of completed works of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year based to bring them to 2025-26 level rupee price value)

The intending bidder should furnish the certificate of registration in KPWD/CPWD Class-I

The intending bidder / firm/ company/ Joint venture should have executed in any one financial year, the the following minimum quantities of work in the last five years satisfactorily. (2020-21 to 2024-25).1)Earthwork Excavation in all types of soil classification/Embankment-207070.00cum. 2) Cement Concrete Paver Lining 89530.00 Sqm 3)Cement Concrete of all grade-14990.00 cum 4)Reinforcement steel-480.00 MT NOTE The criteria above applies to the Individual bidder/Firm/ also. Certificate regarding the same duly signed by an officer not below the rank of the Executive Engineer and countersigned by the superior officer not below the rank of Superintending Engineer should be submitted along with the technical bid

Each Tenderer should further demonstrate(a) Availability by owning the following key and critical equipment for this work The intending Bidder/firm/company/ Joint venture should furnish details of ownership of Machineries/Equipments etc to an extent of more than 50% of the requirement and also should furnish copies of lease agreement of hiring of Machineries/Equipments etc to be deployed for this work 1)Batching plant of 30 cum capacity-1 nos (1 no own) 2)Transit Mixers-3nos (2 nos own and 1nos Lease/Hire/Own). 3)Mechanical Pavers for concrete lining-4nos (2nos own and 2nos Lease/Hire/Own) 4)Excavator-2nos (2 nos own and 2nos Lease/Hire/Own) 5)Tippers -6 nos (3 nos own and 3nos Lease/Hire/Own) 6)Vibratory Roller 8/10 Tonne capacity-2nos(1 nos own and 1nos Lease/Hire/Own) 7)Water Tankers minimum 5000 ltrs Capacity -4nos(2 nos own and 2nos Lease/Hire/Own.) 8) Pin vibrators -9nos(5 nos own and 4nos Lease/Hire/Own)

List of key technical personnel required for the work is as under 1)Project Manager-BE Civil with Minimum of 15 years experience & should have been project Manager for at least one Project/work of size similar to the present contact-1 nos. 2)Civil Engineer-BE Civil with Minimum 5 Years experience-2 nos. 3)Diploma in Civil Engineering-5 Years Experience-2nos

Bid Capacity Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B) where A- Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress N- Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited B-Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 18 months

To qualify for award of this contract each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e,2020-21,2021-22,2022-23 2023-24and2024-25 a)Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of value not less than the two times estimated annual payment under this contract Rs 9804.00 Lakhs. Note Audited balance sheet certified by practicing Chartered Accountant shall be furnished. Additional weight age at 10% for each year will be given for turn over to bring it to 2025-26 price level

The intending bidder/ firm/ company/ Joint venture shall furnish details of liquid assets/ availability of credit facilities of not less than the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period amounting to Rs. 1226.00 Lakhs for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled commercial Banks
