Providing Vertical Expansion Joint filler dura board (closed cell, compressible, pre-moulded polyethylene based polymer joint filler board) 40mm thickness having density of 95Kg/m3 conforming to IS 1838(Pt 3) non staining with less than 1% water absorption and compression recovery of 93% minimum as per the specifications for RCC structures etc., including closing the expansion joint on either ends with suitable dura rod and finishing with polyurethane sealants for 12mm deep etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Horizontal Expantion joint of 40 mm thickness and 20 mm wide in between parapet walls at top of roof sarface finished with polysulphide sealant and weather proof finished with GI Sheet of 70 cm width per m length of 30 cm wide and 1.60 mm thickness using phill plugs, GI Screws etc., for the complet position as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply, erection testing, commissioning and handing over of diesel generator set 0.80 P.F, 3phase, 415v/420 Volts, 50c/s, 1500 RPM complete in all respects as detailed below. CPCB IV complaint DG set . 58.5 kVA, with Standard panel A. Power coating is done after seven – tank surface preparation process of sheet metal canopy panel and doors shall have inside lining of Fire Retardant 64 Kg / Cu Mt Density Mineral wool of 100 mm thick ness as acoustic material . Four hinged doors shall be provided to canopy.

The maximum permissible sound pressure level should be as per the norms prescribed by the central pollution control board/state pollution control Board/Competent Authority concerened or shouble be 75 db (A) at 1 mtr from the enclosure surface whichever is advantageous to the department.The emergency stop should be available on the enclosure panel The Engine Manufacturer of the Engine provided for diesel Generator sets mounted inside and should be to the satisfaction of inspection / testing authority concern.SURFACE TREATMENT – PAINTING: The enclosure surface hall be suitably treated for degreasing . degusting and posphating . The canopies are passed thought seven – tank treatment thoroughly. ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF CANOPIES :- Canopy fabricated on CNC machine with dimensional accuracy of 0.1 mm so as to increase its durability . special designed supporting rips / structures are used in canopies so as to give sturdiness and to reduce the vibrations of the DG sets if any.WORLD CLASS COOLING PACKAGE:- Canopies shall have cooling package for which it can also perform at 45 deg c / ambient Temperature. No grouting required on the ground , only a level surface capable of with standing the DG weight . Lifting hooks shall be provided for the acoustic enclosure , which should unloaded independent of the DG set . the Gen set base frame shall also provided with hooks for unloading TEMPERATURE RISE INSIDE THE CANOPY: Canopies shall be designed so as to maintain the temperature difference between ambient and air inlet at air cleaner with the enclosure well within 5 – 7 Degree Centigrade. (G)BASS FRAME: Base frame should be fabricated MS Channel sheet Metal , The base frame is rigged in construction and designed for mounting engine and brush less alternator closely coupled . with cross members mounted on AVM . The base frame shall have provision for mounting of acoustic enclosure on it . The supply of Gen set includes loading , unloading and transportation charges .6) Fuel Tank: 100 Ltrs. and above (with respect to the make of generator) Removable Fuel tank shall be fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA MS sheet and is part of base frame. It is duly painted and fitted with inlet an outlet connections and mechanical fuel gauge. Fuel tank can be easily removed for cleaning or any maintenance. 7) Battery: 12V 100 AH battery-1 NO

Supplying and laying of 3-½ x 70 sq.mm PVC armoured aluminium LT UG cable of approved brand having ISI mark in a trench to be excavated to a depth of 0.75 meter, putting 0.15 m layer of sand and covering the cable completely with bricks and sand and refilling the earth to make good etc., complete in all respects.(Below G.L)

Supplying and run off 8 SWG copper wire on walls or below ground level with necessary 'U' nail,earth work excavation and refilling inclusive of the costll materials etc complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers

Filling in foundation and basement with M sand in landyers not exceeding 15 cms thick well watered rammed and consolidated complying with relevant standard specification including the cost of supplying M sand etc., complete in all respects as directed by the departmental officers.

Cement concrete 1:5:10 (one of cement, five of sand and ten of hard broken stone) using 20mm size hard broken stone for foundation inclusive of shoring, strutting, bailing out water, ramming, curing, etc complete as directed by the departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC tems of works with minimum cement content of 400 kglm3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admiture (plasticiser super plasticiser) recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard seting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg of M-Sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement gril and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying. vibrating with mechanical vibrators, fnishing. curing. etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing form work for centering, shuttering etc for all reinforced concrete work as plinth beam, raft beam, raft slab, grade beam etc, including shuttering. 3.00mm high using MS sheet of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10, stiffened with MS angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (Countrywood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5 cm (Spaced about 91cm center to center) distance and supported by casurina props of size 10cm-13cm dia (spaced at 75 cm center to center) and removing the same after a specified period without damaging RCC works in all foors etc, complete as directed by the departmental officer.

Fabricating and placing the following kinds of steel grills Fe 550 D grade steel reinforcement bars as per IS 786-1979 for all reinforced cement concrete works such as plinth beam, lintels, beams, sunshade, roof and floor slabs etc., including cost of steel and fabricating the reinforcement grills in position etc., complete in all floors (The rate to include the cost of binding wire steel also)

Supply and fixing of Fire fighting application oblique type stainless steel Hydrant Valve of size 63mm – dia with oblique type instantaneous coupling with rotating wheel to open and close the valve including MS flange of table “E”, bolts & nuts with washer as per IS 5290 at ring main around the building and wet riser inside the building including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary etc complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
