Supply and errection of LPG Gas Crematorium at SV Nagar of Perumallaplli village Burial Ground in Tirupati Rural Mandal

Supply & Construction of Double chamber cremation furnace -The Primary Chamber having the linner dimensions of 1000mmX1250mm X 2850mm fabricated out of heavy duty materials & provided with necessary openings for LPG gaseous fuel firing through burners and feeding body. Furnace shall be constructed with high quality fire bricks (High Alumina) to with standard temperatures of 650 degree centigrade to 1200 degree centigrade and insulation bricks to ensure minium heat loss. The preferable out side of the furnace size will be 12'X8'X6'. The rear side of the furnace shall have Ash Collection chamber & provision for perodic ash removal. The furnace shall have ceramic tiles finishing on the outer side. The front side of furnace will be covered by moving MS fabricated door filled with ceramic blankets of 64 kg/M3 density

Fabrication & Supply of manual body charging trolley made up of MS Channeles (3"X1' 1/2"X1/4") and cover sheet of 3mm thick. The overall size of the trolley shall be not less than 15'X3'X1 1/2' which would be sliding on fixed rail of size 3"X1 1/2"X 1/4" with 4 nos> of moving wheels and hand operated cam mechanisam for up and down action.

Supplies of Automatic LPG gas burners- which is capable to cremate the boady @ 60 Kg's. The furnace shall have 4 burners for primary chamber and 1 burner for secondary chamber.

Supply of manually operated LPG gas burners system as a stand by which should be used for during maintenance of automatic burners system.

Supply of 1 No manually operated LPG Gas burner system in the Ash trench

Supply of LPG Gas pipe line system from LPG gas Cylinders room to all burners.This includes auto ignition system ,flame failure device and gas drain consisting of a quick shut off valve ,filter,pressure switches,pressure gauages,secondary pressure regulator,solenoid valves and flexible hoses; LPG supply to the burners will be sourced from cylinder manifold system with grouping cylinders and through MS pipes.

Gas cleaning system (GCS) shall have Ash Extractor before the Furnace for the Removal of ash and shall have a Venturi scrubbing Arrangement after the furnace capable of removing fine dust particles through wet washing.Capacity of GCS Shall match the furnace rating and capable of washing the hot burned gas exiting from the furnace enabling the burnt let out. The venture scrubber shall be connected to a wash column for Gas Wash water seperartion. the MOC of ash

Supply, Delivery & Installing of 2 Hp Centrifugal pump of circulate to mild Alkaline water through the venturi Scrubber at a rate of not less than 2 litres with a Discharge pressure Head of 3 Kg/Cm2 min) in the venturi Scrubber

Supply, Delivery & Installing of 5 HP motor with ID fan of rating for flue gas Withdrawal from the furnce in terms of Volumetric flow rate & Pressure head development .ID fan MOC shall be SS.

Fabrication & Supply of stack Chimney of 30 meters height .The stack chimney shall be fabricated out of MS material of thick 8 to 5mm varying from bottom to top with a top diametre shall not be less than 300mm.stack chimney shall be provided with accessories such as Sampling Nozzle,Lightning Arrestor,Drain Plug ,Bottom Door etc., and not restricted to only these
