Envelopes (1) 1760 Nos Envelope to fit in main invitation cards of size approx. 23 cms X 15.5 cms to be screen printed both in Hindi and English as per sample. (2) Opening of the envelope shall be from long edge. (3) Envelopes must be delivered on or before 10 August 2023. (4) Matter will be given by P17A-P office
Outer cover of main invitation card (1) Outer cover of main invitation card shall be with 300 GSM white colour, one fold with approx. size of 23 cms X 15.5 cms printed in Hindi and English as per instructions from P17A-P. (2) The Navy's Crest, MDL logo and ship's silhouette must have golden embossing. (3) Opening of outer cover, right hand side of the Invitation card must have an enclosure (in ' ' shape) to accommodate two leaflets. (pocket to keep leaflets) (4) Outer cover must be delivered on or before 10 August 2023. Note : Covers without golden embossing shall not be accepted. Post placement of order, Ship Silhouette will be provided by MDL to the vendor. Vendor has to fabricate dyes of silhouette, MDL logo and Navy Crest for purpose of embossing.
Two leaflets inside the outer cover (1) Two separate leaflets of size of 21 cm X 14 cm shall be printed (both side) on paper of thickness 250 GSM. (2) The draft matter to be printed on two leaflets will be given by P17A-P. Draft matter will be shared tentatively by mid Aug 2023. (3) two leaflets shall be delivered on or 24 August 2023. (4) there will be frequent and last minute changes in the draft based on feedback of Navy. (5) Vendor should submit samples for proofreading before final printing commences.
Car Parking Stickers (Chauffer Driven) Paper stickers of size approx. 13.5 cms X 10.5 cms multi-colour printing. Colour - Green Sample is available with P17A for better clarity.
Car Parking Stickers (VVIP) Paper stickers of size approx. 13.5 cms X 10.5 cms multi-colour printing. Colour - Red Sample is available with P17A for better clarity.
Car Parking Stickers (Owner Driven) Paper stickers of size approx. 13.5 cms X 10.5 cms multi-colour printing. Colour - Blue Sample is available with P17A for better clarity
Admit One Invitation Card. (1) Size approx. 17.5 cms X 13 cms. (2) Paper : 300 GSM ivory white colour cards. (3) Two sides single colour screen printed as per sample. (4) Matter will be given by P17A-P.(in Hindi only) (5) 1700 Cards of white colour.
