Operation and Maintenance of 9.8 MLD Water Treatment Plant

Operation & Maintenance of 2.58 MGD water Treatment Plant( All units/Components) Including supplying and dosing coagulant (Alum & PAC) & maintenance of equipments, guarding of the plant including regular cleaning of plant premises & surrounding etc. (Both for Civil & E & M components) as per direction of Engineer In Charge & Terms & Condition mentioned in NIT. i) Intake Well, Parshall Flume & Flash Mixtures including the Open Channel Flow Meter, Gates, Valves Etc. all complete & as per instruction of EIC. ii) Chemical house which includes PRE & Post Chlorination Arrangements, Dosing Arrangements with Alum & Poly Electrolyte (If required) Plant Control Laboratory etc. all complete & as per instruction of EIC. iii) Clariflocculators (1.....nos.) with its bridge scrappers etc. including diversion of sludge to the sludge pump house & Lagoon etc. all complete & as per instruction of EIC. iv) Sludge Sump cum Pump house & including operation of Three nos. sludge pumps, Periodical cleaning of the pump etc. all complete & as per instruction of EIC. v) Filter house including recirculation pumps, compressors, blowers, Wash Pumps, Back Wash Pumps, Clear Water Feed Pumps, Rapid Gravity Filter Beds, Penumatically Operated Pen Stock Valves, Level Indicators, Controller, Control Pannels, Distribution Pannels & all others instrumentations & regular clening of plant premises & surrounding etc. all complete & as per instruction of EIC. vi) PLC pannel its I/O & O/P Cards, relays, CPU etc. Auto Filter Bed Washing operation indication, metering, Annucation & report generation for various process valves (i.e, Data Aquisation) including computer withi its accessories, printer & Air Conditioners (2Nos.) at PLC room during maintenence period PLC are to be maintained by Annual Maintenance Contractors with SIEMENS or its Authorised representatives. vii) Annex Building including MCC cum POB capacitor, Reactor Pannel with Auto Power factor connection mechanism control desk with its necessary equipmets, Air Conditioners (2 nos.), Battery & Battery Charger all complete & minor repairing as per instruction of EIC. viii) Arrangemets of Security Guards for round the clock for Guarding PLants & Materials in the entire premises including entry & Exit Gates, Administrative Buildings & as per direction of EIC. ix) Sludge Lifting & removing mannually from Clariflocculators/Plate Settler/Tube Settler with Buffle wall Clariflocculator & Channels as and when required. 1st Year a) Civil Share= 48% b) E & M Share = 52%

2nd Year a) Civil Share= 48% b) E & M Share = 52%

3rd Year a) Civil Share= 48% b) E & M Share = 52% (Analysed Rate)

Replacement of Spare Parts & Hard Ware Parts Costing more than Rs.- 2000.00 (Rupees Two Thousand) Only towrds the cost of minor maintenance & consumables like Mobil, Gear Oil, Greese & Spares of Minor Maintenace Like Nut, Bolt, Bearing Glands, Packing etc. & also minor repairing of Civil Works. The Cost of the Spares & Hardwares so Supplied for extra works shall be assertained from the original vouchers for the purchase from the Authorised Dealers & /Or Manufacturer's Submitting to the department Plus 10% (Ten Percent) Profit. The Transportation Charges and the Labour Elements for replacing the spares, Over Haulting as well the necessary shall be inclusive within the scope of the Item No.-1 Civil

E/M

Supplying & Conducting the necessery laboratory test (Raw water, treated water and other tests related to the supply of potable water as & when required) from any recognize institution/ department. The payment for such testing will be the actual cost plus 10% (Ten percent) profit (submission original voucher from concern organizations is mandatory for ......... 3 Years (Lumpsum)

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary).

Executing AMC and obtaining calibration certificate for weigh bridge for metrology department of Govt. on annual basis (with 4 times visit at sites) E & M share 100%

Annual servicing and reparing including obtaining safety certificate from competent authority for compressor vessel, Blower, Chain pully system of Alam & Chlorine E & M share 100%

(B) Material Part-Cost of coagulants (Alam and PAC) including supply for treatment of Raw water Diamond Harbour WTP. (i) Liquid Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) (Food grade high basisity) liquid form as per IS 15573-2005 incorporating amendment No. 1st July, 2007 by BIS for 3 years. Assuming Liquid PAC consumption 15.0 mg/lit = 15 Ton/10^9 lit ** 1 MGD = 4546.090X10^3 Lits/Day For 1.5 years - (2.155X4546X1000X15/10^9X3X365/2) = 80.45 MT
