Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Thirty three Nos. Metal Detectors for RMHP(M) Department at Rourkela Steel Plant.

• Bidder must have experience of supply of Industrial grade Metal Detector/ Magnetic separator at least 10 Nos against single or multiple order(s) to any Central/State Govt Organizations/ PSUs/ Joint Venture Company where at least one of the partners shall be central or state Government organization or PSU/ Public Limited Company during last seven (07) years ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

The following documents are to be submitted in support of the technical eligibility :-

a. Copy of Work order / Contract Agreement/ Acceptance of Tender/ Purchase Order issued by the employer in the name of the bidder.

b. Commissioning Certificate/ Final Acceptance Certificate/Job Completion certificate/ Performance Certificate from the client for work/ works.

c. Contact person’s name, e-mail id and mobile/ telephone no. of the client.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2025 should not be less than Rs.60 Lakhs.

The following documents to be submitted in support of the financial eligibility :-

Copies of audited Balance sheet, Profit & Loss/ Turnover Certificate of the last three financial year ending 31.03.2025 having valid UDIN.

• As per Domestically Manufactured Iron & Steel Products Policy-2025 (Revised in May 2025), the minimum domestic content of Capital Goods* (%) should be minimum 95%.

* For the purpose of this project, capital goods shall mean supply of plant & equipment including technological structure and refractories as defined within the project scope.

Bidder shall

i) Self-certify the local content as per FORM-1 pertaining to Appendix-A and Appendix-B as defined in the DMI & SP policy, at the time of bidding

ii) Provide a certificate as per FORM-2 from the statutory auditor or cost auditor of the company (in case of companies) or from a practising cost accountant or practising chartered accountant (in respect of suppliers other than companies) declaring that the capital goods (Appendix-B) to be used in iron & steel industry are domestically manufactured in terms of the domestic value addition prescribed.
