Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel hend G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised msulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc, as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (angle iron bracket welded to the channel iron and complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply of two lengths of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 7.5Kg/mtr double pole cross arm for 3 wire OH Line conductors complete with though bolts & nuts for clamping to the poles 50mm x 6mm M.S. flats welded on one side the channel iron and with bolts & nuts on the otherside for lying cross arm together including drillin holes for insulators pins/fittings, bolts & nuts etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as required

Erection of pole top/straight two wire/V shape two wire, angle iron/channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. 25 span X 3 wire X 35 MX 394 Kg/Km

Supply and errection of three piece non linear type resistor type lightening arrestor suitable for 3 wire 11 KV O.H. line with rated volt. 9 KV(rms with a nominal current rating of 5 KA and complete with galvanized clamping arrangement, Gl, bolt, nuts, washers etc as req.

Supply and erection of approved make safe earthing electrode consisting pipe-in-pipe technology as per IS 3043-1987 made of corrosion free G.1. pipes with constant ohmic value surrounded by highly conductive compound with high charge dissipation suitable for effective and maintenance free earthing in earth pit of minimum bore dia. 150mm size, as mentioned below with 3 metre G.I. pipes having outer pipe dia of 50mm having 80-200 micron galvanizing. Inner pipe dia. of 25mm having 200-250 Micron galvanizing, connection terminal dia. of 12mm in nominal soil with 50 kg (two bag) back filling bentonite compound UL listed and confirm to relevant International/Indian standards around electrode upto ground level.

B) CABLING WORK

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required:70sqmm

C) EARTHING

D) Fencing

Supply & fixing fencing of chain link mesh 100 x 100 mm, 12 SWG Gl wire for for D.P structure electric substation switch yard including single post of angle iron size 50x50x5mm, 2.5 mt long should be provided upto 2.00 mt. apart or as required. The panel frame with required angle iron/ flat iron members/cross members including mesh welded in frame panel shall be erected between the posts. The angle iron post shall be erected in cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4) (20 mm graded metal) foundation, including excavation of pit and refilling the same. The fencing shall be provided with one entrance gate including locking arrangement as required as per specification. The height of fencing shall be 2 mt. above ground level. Fencing shall be painted with required shade.

E) FOUNDATION

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated or Lhooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.1. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
