Widening and strengthening of Parour Dheera Naura road upto Purba road Km 0/00 to 17/110 (Job No. CRF-HP-2021-22/175) (Under Central Road Fund)

Excavation for roadway in hilly area in all height and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual /mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORTH technical specification Section 300 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of un-useful material for filling in road way, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all mode of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and others incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means/labour if required. All usefull material such as stone shingle aggregate and slates etcetra shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stone to the tune of 2505.53 cubic meter at the rate of Rs. 300.00 (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor's running bills or on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases. Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls,breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORTH technical specifications section 300 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge by mechanical means and labour if required including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing , removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimeters) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantom of water including cleaning of slush which may arrise out during dewatering as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental . Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for all type of structure complete in grade M-10 (M-ten) with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size with minimun cement contants not less then 230 kg (Two hundred thirty Kilogram) per cubic meter and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days including the cost of form work in Retaining wall, Breast wall etcetra including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete in all heights/depths complete as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in sub-structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2200 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1600 and 2300 including cutting, bending, binding, straightening and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto all height and depth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in leveling course below approach slab complete of plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M- fifteen) designed mix with cement contents not less than 275 Kg (Two hundred seventy five kilogram) per cubic metre with crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 ( fourteen) days including pumping or bailing out water, dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in all type of structure as per drawings and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2100 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated reinforced cement concrete grade M-30 ( M-Thirty) design mix with minimum cement contents not less than 407 Kg (Four hundred seven kilograms) per cubic metre with 20mm (Twenty millimeters) nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate (extra cement as per design mix above the minimum cement contents specified shall not be paid extra) and curing complete in approach slab including cost of form work and reinforcement complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1600, 1700 and 2700 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing drainage spouts complete with 100mm (One hundred millimetre) dia galvanized mild steel down pipe corrossion resistant structural steel grating complete as per Drawings and MORTH Technical Specifications section 2700 and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures or other sources graded and compacted transporting to site, spreading, grading in 200mm (Two hundred millimetre) thickness with three wheel 80-100 (eighty- hundred) KN static weight road roller to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per MORTH technical specifications section 300 and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of sub grade and earthen shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, with in all leads and lifts, transporting to site and compacted/rolling with vibrator roller 8 - 10 (Eight to Ten) Tonne capacity grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table 300.2 as per MORTH technical specifications section 400 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
