Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The material should be Berger company/Berger equivalent and must comply with the following a) white index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference.The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab.In case the departmnt approves the white index of any vendor,the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel.In case of any major deviation beyond acceptance limit,department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor to replace the fll consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claime due to lossof man days (as per the rules of the dept.)b)Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249.c) Crack resistance:The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient conditions and the should be tested as per BS3262 part-1,1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade-'10' degree centigrade.D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point:102 degree centigrade.F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision:High as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and confirming to IS 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause confirming to IRC 35-1997.

Providing and fixing Raised Reflective pavement markers (road Studs) made of plastic body moulded from HIPS or ABS or ASA and reflective panels consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and confirming to ASTM,BS and complying to guide lines issued by MOST circular.The height,width shall not exceed 20 mm,130 mm and the area of the each retro reflecting surface shall prefarbly be 35 +/-5 degree to base.Fixing will be without nails and the reflective marker shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhesives as recommended by the manufacturer etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing of Object Marking 300 mm equilateral triangle made out of Type XI of ASTMD 4956-09 high intensity prismatic retro reflective sheeting confirming to IRC:67:2012 for full back ground of white colour and letters/logos done by screen printing in black colour ,boarders by screen printing in red colour and fixed over4 mm Aluminium coposite material sheet having minimum 0.5 mm thick aluminium skin on both sides with back side painted with grey colour and fixed over back support frame of 25 MM x 25 MM x 3 MMalround and fixing with 35 x 35 x 4MM mounted on a MS angle post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm with clear heightof not less than 2.1 m from the ground level to the bottomof the board.The sign post should be painted with one coat of red oxide paint and 2 coats of synthetic enamelpaint Black and White colour with bands of 30 cm height.The sign post shall be firmly fixed with MS base angle 35 x 35 x 4 MM in to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing including cost and conveyance of all materials,equipment,machinery and labour with all leads and lift,loading charges necessary for satisfactory completion of the work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
