Lowering, transporting any lying-fitting of 100 mtr. 6” size MS pipeline for dewatering from discharge water pipeline at 500pit bottom to lodgement of main pump room of Moonidih Project

Transportation of 100 mtr. 6” inch pipe (17 nos.) from surface 500 pit bottom. Analysis:6 Nos. of pipes loaded in cage one time at surface,lowering at 500 MH pit bottom, two times lowering will be done in one shift Manshift required:- 8 manshift required for loading and unloading through cage in two time:- therefore cost involve for lowering 6x2=12 pipes (72 mtr.)

Fabrication and transporting of the 4 nos. fitting:-1)2 ft long reducer 8”/4”) bend 2.5 ft long, bend 3 ft long and bend 1.5 ft long. 6skilled manshift and 6 unskilled manshift required for fabrication and transporting of fitting:- therefore cost involved

Flanges to be welded in pipes-34 nos., 6 skilled manshift and 6 unskilled required therefore cost involved

Hanging, laying & fitting of 100 mt. 6” MS pipes from discharge water pipeline to lodgement of main pump room:- for lying, foitting of 8 pipes (48 mtrs.), 8 skilled manshift required. Therefore cost involved
