Restoration/Upkeepment of Lift Irrigation Station Chajja of Distt Rajouri damaged due to flash floods occurred recently

A) Desilting the suction side from from silt and other debris and clearing the way to approach the foot valves and stair case for repairs and servicing by using the labour at LIS Chajja. Repairs to the 1 no. foot valve by way of extracting it from the the choked suction line and cleaning of mud from the pipes and foot valve using tools and tackles, Complete dismantling of foot valve and then providing/fitting of new leather washers cut to size, adjustment of flaps with repairs to hinges. Reassembling the foot valve along with suction pipes by providing/fitting of new R.I sheets and nuts, bolts etc including the straightening/ aligning of suction pipes in line. Straightening of the 200mm dia suction line of unit no2 by way of cutting the pipe by using gas cutter/welding and then realigning the pipe by welding the it along the alignment using welding and manual labour. The job also includes repairs to the damaged stair case by way of providing and fitting of 40mm dia MS pipe for railings along the length of stair case on both sides. Repairs to the damaged steps by way of p/f and welding of40×6mm M.S flat at appropriate steps and further strengthening the stair case by replacing the damaged MS angle iron 40x40x6mm of 30 feet length on both sides. The staircase to be properly fixed by way of welding of required nos. of M.S supports grouted in earth properly along the side of sump and requisite nos. supports for proper clamping of railing on both sides with suitable nos. of M.S. angle iron and M.S. iron flat supports. The job includes cost of material, labour and transportation charges. Complete Job The Rebate on old damaged parts/scrap should be quoted in the rebate column
