APPOINTMENT OF ARCHITECT CUM PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT FOR VARIOUS WORKS OF CIVIL ENGINEERING, DESIGN and COST ESTIMATION for NEW CONSTRUCTION and REPAIRS / RENOVATION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES along with INTERNAL FURNITURE, SHADENET 2nd call

Amount

(i) Rendering consultancy services for various new and repair/ renovation works of existing buildings and erection of shadenet houses and polyhouses including Interior Designing and day-to-day supervision. (ii) 2D/ 3D Design with cost estimates for new administrative /laboratory buildings, renovation/ re-modelling Training Hall of CITRUS ESTATE, Talegaon, Ta. Ashti, Distt Wardha (iii) 2D/ 3D design with cost estimates erection of shadenet houses and polyhouses (iv) Design/ Measurement / Cost estimations for civil works various new and repair/renovation works of existing buildings and erection of shadenet houses and polyhouses as mentioned above. (v) Preparation of BoQ for suggested/ approved design/ work. Preparation of BOQ for Civil works of various new and repair/ renovation works of existing buildings and erection of shadenet houses and polyhouses. (vi) Interior and furnishing work in office building construction of new administrative/laboratory buildings including partition and workstations etc., renovation/ re-modelling Training Hall of CITRUS ESTATE, Talegaon, Ta. Ashti, Distt Wardha. (vii) Any other civil/electrical work required/ assigned by CITRUS ESTATE. In case the firm/ agency does not have the technical experts for assigned work of particular category, it can hire technical person required for the work on- actual-cost basis with the prior approval from CITRUS ESTATE. In that case, no fee will be payable except the actual cost.(viii) Any other civil/electrical work as and when required.
