Retubing and Reconditioning of UGB Oil cooler of 60 MW Machine of Lower Periyar power house exactly as per the dimensions of Existing UGB Oil Cooler. Material of construction given below :- 1. All existing tubes are to be replaced with Copper-Nickel (Cupronickel)90/10 Tubes 12.7 mm OD x 1300mm long , 20SWG TKW WOUND , 70 Nos.with steel spacers as per OEM drawing . 2. Damaged parts of cooler such as Tube plate Brass, Header plate, Cover etc. are to be refurbished or repaired without changing any dimension as per OEM drawing. 3. All old tubes and other dismantled materials shall be returned.

Fin OD 44 MM X 5 FPI X 60 Loops Max Fin Wire Dia ..0.7MM, Root Solded with tube 3. Damaged parts of cooler such as Tube plate Brass, Header plate, Cover etc. are to be refurbished or repaired without changing any dimension as per OEM drawing 4. All old tubes and other dismantled materials shall be returned.
