Taking down old unserviceable 200mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 150mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable 100mm bore, CI/DI/MS water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 25mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 40mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 50mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and testing for inreplacement of 200mm bore, DI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and rubber tytan joints Class K9 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and testing for inreplacement of 150mm bore, DI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and rubber tyton joints Class K9 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L and testing for inreplacement of 100mm bore, DI water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and rubber tyton joints Class K10 in any length laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rubber tyton joints suitable for DI pipes 200mm dia and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe 15mm bore, medium grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe 20mm bore, medium grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI pipe 25mm bore, medium grade, laid below road / fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 20mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 25mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for DI Specials and fittinng class K-9 as per IS for spigot and socketed DI pipes for water mains, branches, links such as bends (any type), reducers and angles, tappers any type, bends increasing / decreasing or double sockets etc. Tee pieces, single branches, double branches (all socket and spigots) collers, cap and plug suitable for pipelines upto 250 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable cast iron butter fly valve, with both end flanged type conforming to IS13095 with nut bolts and washers of suitable size and necessary rubber gaskets etc for following sizes complete incl taking out old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kartar / venus / kirloskar / zoloto

M&L in replacement of old unserviceable Sluice valve class PN-1.6 with stainless steel spindle conforming to IS-14846-2000, double flanged, with and including new flanged rubber joints using necessary nuts, bults, washer and rubber gasket etc incl testing on completion complete suitable for following sizes:- Make: Kartar/venus/kirloskar/ zoloto

(b) 150mm bore

(c) 100mm bore

(d) 80mm bore

M&L for repairing / servicing of unserviceable electric motor cap of 7.5HP to 12.5 HP couplled to submersible pump, AC 3 phase, by dismantling the motor and coupling pulley and sent to work shop for repair. Removal of existing burnt out copper winding wire, cleaning of slots using suitable reagents and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate gauge to achieve required RPM, varnsihing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing, painting and assembling the same after complete repair, connecting with pump and making necessary electrical connection and testing of motor after installation complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining required RPM after repair, non compliance of speed considered as incomplete repair.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth, for foundation, etc in hard/dense soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm with soil obtained from excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I capcity 1000 ltr complete all as specified and directed.
