BOQ ( Sch A ) Internal Electric works Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete with fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls etc. as per existing finishes by plastering, repairs and white / colour wash etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of point wiring for one light point / fan point / bell point (independent point), controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade single core (multi-stranded) copper conductor cable (FRLS) drawn into and including medium grade PVC conduit concealed (not less than 20 mm dia) all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed (including chase cutting in brick/stone masonery wall for fixing conduit and plastering the external surfaces and matching the same with existing suface) and sunk cast iron or pressed steel terminal boxes for mounting fitting like switches, sockets, lamp holders, sketch fittings and covered with 3 mm thick plastic laminated bakelite sheet cover fixed with brass screws and cup washers including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified (Note:- wiring shall be in done in colour coding as directed by Engoneer in charge )

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule 2009, Part – I (Specifications) and connected to main switch board / main DB’s / earthing test point including all necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, adequate quantity of charcoal dust & common salt all around the earth plate minimum 150 mm in all directions with & including watering pipe 20 mm dia GI medium grade, GI funnel made out of 0.63 mm thick GI sheet, wire gauge, 50 mm thick RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate), duly reinforced with 6 mm dia mild steel round bars @ 150 mm both ways center to center with suitable lifting handle to cover, earth pit of PCC 1:3:6 type C1, GI protection pipe 15mm dia light grade up to 7.5mtr from electrode GI pipe to be fixed with complete all as specified and directed.
