SCHEDULE'A' PART-I:B/R WORKS

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick with soils.

Removing Excavated soils not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling of mass concrete.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D 2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in half brick CM 1:4

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finishing the surface fair and even.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even using WPC as on external surface all as directed.

Excavation in post hole(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth around in layers n.exc 25cm watering and removed surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil.

S & F in repairs framed work such as grills grating, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE 290, Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed upto 9th floor

S&F plates (plain or chequered) channel, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk forming holes without any attachement.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming.

M & L for 0.50mm thick prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating G.I. based corrugated steel sheet of on colour having tensile strength of 550MPa as in roof covering, fixed with and including self tapping screw complete all as per manufacturer instructions (Make : DYNA ROOF / TATA).

M & L for post construction anti termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one lts per hole 300mm apart incl drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortor 1:2 (1cement : 2sand) to match the existing floors

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 m as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L cement concrete type C1 ,1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection,path etc finished the surface even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L of pre-polished cement concrete glossy finish chequred tiles, smooth in design as directed of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick compressive strength 300 kg/Sqcm, ISI marking (IS-13801-1993), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6).

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1, (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ in cills and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, hold fast, bed plated and the like including use and waste of form work, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as required.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in cover slabs/ shelves set in CM1:4 including necessary form work.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

S&F in repair 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) Soil, waste and vent pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including taking down old pipe complete all as directed

S&F 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door

S&F plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting 0.80mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete

S&F mild steel framed work ,angle iron, MS flat etc such as ornamental grills, gratings etc . with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
