Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removal of debris/rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

Repair to sliding door and making u/s door free functioning of size n exc 10 sqm made of MS Plate manual/gear operative type, denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths by kerosene and proper greasing , oiling to make the system smooth/easy functional , including supply and fix new nuts & bolts of existing size by removing old/rusted nuts and bolts , necessary welding wherever required, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint over old surfaces complete all as specified. Note : If Hydra is required for repair the door, will be paid seperately under item No 51.

Note : If Hydra is required for repair the door, will be paid seperately under item No 51.
