Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortor (1:6) complete.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L Rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in 1:6 on brick wall complete all as specified

M&L 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface and applying cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 Ltr / Sqm conforming to IS 3384 laying APP polymer modified bituminous water proofing membrane 3mm thick weighing minimun 3.5Kg/sqm with non-woven polyster reinforcement (plain finish on upper side of the membrane) and sealing all overlaps of 75mm in length side and 100mm on width side of membrane by torching the same as per manufacture instruction and all as per specified particular specification and including one coat of aluminium paint 0.10 Lit/Sqm over membrane including ponding test complete all as specified Note : (i)Rate quoted deemed tobe included for the cleaning of surface to be treated (ii) Application of WPT shall be done only by authorised applicator and no deviation shall be entertainable by the Deptt (iii) Water tightness to be tested by ponding water after roof treatment by the contractor without any extra cost as per direction of Engr in charge/ GE

M&L Injection grouting (acrylic/ epoxy based grout) in all cracks from injection ports, the rate shall including for the following :- (i) Drill at a 45 degree angle with possible to intersect the wall/floor joint. Drilling depth should be half the thickness of the concrete member (ii) Install mechanical injection ports (stainless steel/ brass/ zinc/ plastic) and secure in place at a spacing 150mm c/c to 300mm c/c (iii) Supply of hydrophobic water cut off grout based on MDI (Methylene -Diphenyl-Isocyanate) polyurethane (eg Seal Boss 1510, 1570,1572) . Grout material is to be 100% solvent free and 100% solids (iv) Grouting to be continued till refusal.

M&L Applying bonding coat of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bonding agent ie. Nitobond SBR 45 or other make mentioned in list of approved make in PS) in proportion (1 bonding agent, 1 water, 3 Cement) by volume with the brushes etc to bind new cement mortar / polymer modified plaster/ concrete/ screed concrete with old surface including removal of loose/ disintegrated old concrete/plaster, surface preparation etc required complete as per manufactures instructions and all as specified Note : Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of proper scaffolding / safety measures and tools etc . Department shall not compromise any deviation on this safety

M&L Applying 15mm thick plaster on wall or ceiling with modified mortar fortified with SBR (Nitobond SBR 45 other make mentioned in list of approved make in PS) in proportion of 1 (Cement) :3(Sand): by weight 5 Ltr Nitobond SBR 45 to be added to 50 kg cement with 11 to 15 Ltr water addition, including 125 gms/bag “ triangle shape” polyester fibre “6mm long” to be added properly in the prepared mortar finished surface to match with existing adjoining surface complete including necessary scaffolding as required Note: (i) Consumption of SBR chemical in Ltrs shall be recorded in MB. (ii) Rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of proper scaffolding/safety measures and tools etc.Department shall not compromise any deviation on this safety (iii) No work shall be progressed without proper safety measures and proper insurance shall be produced to the department before commencing the work

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on walls complete all as specified

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete.
