BOQ ( Sch 'A') Complete removal of existing treatment on wall(Internal/External) /roof projections including facia, cornices etc(Internal surfaces by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc) & (External surface by Jet washer) by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface and rubbing it with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) to achive the surface even and smooth for further application of finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over any surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two or more coats of Acrylic Interior Emulsion paint, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat primer complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means) 2. Wall care putty (if required at site before application of above painting in certain portion ) shall be done and same shall be measured and paid seperately under serial item No 02 Makes: Nerolac-Little Master(Beauty), Berger-Bison Lite, Asian- Tractor emulsion spark. Note- 1. Application of Primer and distemper to be carried out through Roller (Mechanical means) 2. M&L for applying two or more coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer over a coat of primer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. M&L for one coat of colour wash with using mineral colour on old decorated surface of external wall including preparation of surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No-8 above but applying two coats of colour wash complete all as specified and as directed,

Removing the existing manhole covers & cleaning of manhole of any description & size upto 1 metre in depth including lifting up and removing sludge & accumulated solid/semi solid sludge and any other foreign material with proper equipments & washing down with water for smooth functioning of sewage line all as directed incl disposal of sludge / containted works out side the defence area to a place designated for the same by the civil authrities for dumping of sludge / contement water after cleaning incl covers to be put back to its place complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of blockage from traps of kitchen/bathroom/WHB by using rubber cup 125mm dia and clearing the blockage up to gully traps with cleaning rod including removal of all materials from floor trap and disposing off complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary moulds and setting in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (reinforcement to be measured separately)

Material & Labour for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roof, landing, balconies,complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick, for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.
