| 1.07 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Insulated Copper Refrigerant Piping (Gas & Liquid Lines) – Providing, laying, testing and commissioning of refrigerant grade soft drawn copper piping for VRV / VRF air conditioning system, including both gas line and liquid line of required sizes, complete with closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular insulation of 19 mm thickness for gas line and 13 mm thickness for liquid line.
The work includes cutting, bending, routing, brazing with nitrogen purging, providing necessary fittings, supports, clamps, sleeves, insulation taping, and protection. The piping shall be pressure tested with nitrogen, vacuumed, and commissioned as per manufacturer’s recommendations and CPWD specifications.
