P.C.C (1:5:10) prop. Using 40mm HBG machine crushed metal and sand including cost and conveyance of all materials to site from approved source, Centering machine mixing & vibrating, laying concrete in position, tamping curing for required period, labour charges for all items all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineer for finished item of work.

Brick masonry in C.M (1:6) prop. with using 2nd class traditional bricks including cost and conveyance of materials to site, seignorage charges, mixing of cement mortar and laying of bricks and mortar to specified thickness, seignarage charges, watering, curing, including all scaffolding, hire and operational charges of machinery, all labour charges and all water lead charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Plastering 12mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) for even surface cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand (screened), water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and all operational incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No.901&903)

Supply and fixing of precast concrete blocks for paving of M-40 grade and thickness not less than 80 mm for Medium traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer’s specification.
