Contract details

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for foundation of pole or cable trenches etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material (SOIL) to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI water tubing and connections of pipe and fittings including material and labour for GI water tubing,medium grade,galvanized laid in trenches all required fittings of the following bore of sizes complete.

(a) GI pipe of upto 80 mm bore

(b) GI pipe of upto 65 mm bore

(c) GI pipe of upto 50 mm bore

Supply & Fixing of 80 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 65 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing of 50 MM bore of GI tube Heavy grade/ ISI marked complete with all fittings (such as bends, elow, tees, connectors, caps, plugs, unions etc) including cutting, screwing as required laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixed Gun metal Gate valve 50 mm bore with iron wheel head conforming to IS : 778/ 1984, Class-1, Screwed both end as per IS: 554 Parallel, ISI marked including taking out the worn out/ old GI gate valve complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in repair/ installation and testing of cast iron sluice valve 80 mm bore,heavy duty class-I, ISI marked, conforming to I S 14846, long body type, pressure type PN-1.6, flanged ends and drilled having brass steel spindle with iron head wheel at the top complete with and including nuts, bolts, washer, rubber gasket and jointing complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 80 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing of Cast Iron Air Valves with two air Outlets, 50 mm dia bore and fixing Up in cast iron water supply mains complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement of double flanged Non return valve of size 80 mm bore including replacement of worn out rubbersheet nut, bolts and washers complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of double flanged Non return valve of size 65 mm bore including replacement of worn out rubbersheet nut, bolts and washers complete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of double flanged Non return valve of size 50 mm bore including replacement of worn out rubbersheet nut, bolts and washers complete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cast iron special fittings such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type, (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch. Y junction double branch cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collers, caps and plugs for upto 150 mm bore in mm all as specified and directed

Material and labour for construction of new valve chamber size 600mmx600mmx600mm including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC foundation (1:3:6 ) type C-2 , 40mm graded stone aggregate as in base concrete, brick work in CM 1:6 with 10 mm thick plaster internally and 15 mm thick externally in (upto 15 cm below NGL) CM 1:4, 4 mm thick MS cover with hinges and locking arrangement fixed to angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6 mm MS angles complete with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all metal works and three coats of white wash on all plastered surface of valve chambers complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar of 1:4 as specified and directed at site

Note : Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
