M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size n exc 0.16 Sqm and minimium 25mm thick ,set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size and colour conferming to IS 15658-2006 and including joints filled with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall including brooming , scraping down. Smoke spot, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, grasy spots and stopping nails marks by filling with white cement base putty and applying two coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white/coloured. Make Asian- Apex or Equivalent complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered/Putty surfaces of walls and applying two coat exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint white/coloured over a coat of primer same make base all as specified and directed. Make Asian- Apex or Equivalent. Note:- Primer& Putty shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant Item complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and and apply 2mm thick cement base wall care putty in two coat (each coat not less than 1mm) over a coat of primer on walls and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for removal of complete existing treatment of wall(any no. of layers) and apply 2mm thick white cement base wall care putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) on walls and surface finished even and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all specified and directed.

S& F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corruga ted, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of timber scantlings as in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section in un-framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in for Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161:1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 0.5mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.34 here-in-before but plain as in ridge complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over and including one coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C- 1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) finishing even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-incharge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains complete all as specified and directed.
