Gardening for 12 Months (i.e. 365 days) from 16.04.2026 to 15.04.2027 at Campus Garden and Cleaning Campus Premises at Belguma Agri-Irrigation Campus under Purulia (A-I) Division, Belguma.

Supplying and stacking of good earth (adequate for horticulture work) at site including royalty (earth measured in stack will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supplying and stacking sludge (adequate for Horticulture work) at site in dry cake form from approved disposal work site including royalty, all lead and lift etc. (Sludge measured in stack will be reduced by 8%).

Planting of trees ( Avenue plants) in 0.60m dia holea, 1m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decayed farm yard/sludge manure. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials but excluding cost of tree.

Supplying and Planting of different plant / trees ( Supplying well grown plants bushy and healthy, minimum height as specified i.e. exposed height including all leads & lift, carriage, handling, manuring, applying presticide and fertilizer etc.

a) Adenium obesum of height 90cm-60cm in earthen pots of size 30cm.

b) Ficus regnold well branched (bushy) of height 90cm-120cm in cement pots of size 35cm.

c) Ficus bengalensis (variegated) of height 60-75cm in earthen pots size 30cm.

d) Corton (board leaves) 3-5 branches of height 90cm-120cm in cement pots of size 30cm.

f) China palm of leaves 4-5 in earthen pots size 25cm

g) Bougainvillea (name variety , bushy plants , full bloom ) of height 90 cm-60 cm in cement pot of size 30 cm.

h) Dracaena (Mahatma) of height 30cm to 90cm in earthen pots of size 20cm.

i) Seasonal plants like Antirrhinum, Calendula, Hollyhock, Aster, Vinka, Pansy, Petunia, Salvia etc. of leaves 4-5 .

Maintenance of hedge for one year including application of necessary pesticide, farm yard manure, replacement of damaged hedge plant by new one complete in all respect as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

Maintanance of trees for one year (Avenue Plants) including watering, trimming, manuring, spraying insecticide and guarding as required. This includes supply of labour, tools & plants including materials.

Clearing compound premises of shurbs, plants, jungles etc. by cutting and removing as directed (Specific permission of Engineer-in-Charge prior to execution will be necessary). (Payment to be made on area cleared)(4 times for one Year)

Supply of Mazdoor for Supervision and cleaning of compound as per Direction of EIC. Semi-skilled: Workers involved in Ploughing (Langla), Transplanting, Head Mali, Supervisor. Worker for Head Mali

Supply of Mazdoor for Supervision and cleaning of compound as per Direction of EIC. Unskilled: Workers involved in Sowing, Weeding, Harvesting, Winnowing, Threshing including Munish Mail & Helpers on agricultural field. Labour to assist Head Mali
