Note For Item No-1 to 4 :- (i) Monthly servicing, maintenance shall be carried out by Authorised Service Provider . (ii) Monthly servicing, maintenance will be carried out once in month and servicing report will be submitted to Engr-in- Charge. (iii) For any break down of any lift ,It will be attended within 06 hrs and made serviceable subject to availbility of spares.No extra payment will be made for any extra visit during any month for attending fault and cost of the same deemed to be included in item rate quoted. If contractor fails to attend site of fault with technician within 06 hrs of reporting fault by department, penalty of Rs 1500 per day will be recoverd from the time of breakdown occured in lift. (iv) Spare parts/ material required for replacement shall be paid and measured seperately under respective items of this schedule. (v) Minor Defective parts such as Connector set, Spring Set, Guide clip, cable hanger etc Item rate shall be deemed to include Rate quoted by contractor.
