Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling,louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced Concrete as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) with necessary scaffolding and protection as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 1 & 2 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to expose surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 4 above but reinforcement upto 10mm dia. Note for item No 3 to 4: (i) Cost of chemical i.e. Solvant free epoxy, Epoxy zinc rich primer and cement shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in below. (ii) The work shall be carried out by the trained person as per manufacturer's instructions i.e. FOSROC/SIKA/ PIDILITE

Supply only epoxy zinc rich primer. Make : Nitozinc primer of FOSROC/Friazinc R of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

Supply only Solvant free Epoxy concrete bonding agent. Make : Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Carbodur of SIKA/ or equivalent in PIDILITE

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bar or twisted bars upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified and as directed.
