M&L Glazed ceramic colour tiles of size 300 x 450 x7mm thick in vertical wall etc set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with the colour of tile over and including 10 mm thick backing course in cement sand mortar 1:4 complete as specified and directed.

Removal existing treatment and roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking,sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc and Brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per square metre and Rendering 15 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including WPC @ 3% per Kg of cement as directed and finished even and smooth to receive water proof treatment and applying APP based polymeric water proofing membrane 3.5 Kg/Sqm incorporating a centre core of 90 micron thick HMHDPE film including coating the surface with a coat of water based bituminous primer @ 0.1 ltrs/sqm by the same manufacturer , followed by a coat of blown bitumen of grade 85/25 or 90/15 @ 1.2Kg/Sqm each at top and bottom of the membrane complete including sealing all joints by thermo fusion with minimum 10 cm overlap all as per manufacturer's instructions including applying two coats of aluminium paint @100 gram/sqm in each coat complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (a)The Roof treatment work shall be carried out through the original manufacturer or his authorized applicator only , Contractor will have to submit MOU between him and the manufacturer/ authorized applicator before start of work and contractor will have to submit all necessary documents like Purchase Vouchers, test Certificates, Authorization letter of manufacturer, MOU etc before payment of RAR. (b) Contractor will have to submit a written guarantee for water proofing treatment for a period of 10 years on a stamp paper of Rs 100 . (c) Contractor will have to deposit a FDR for a Sum equal to 3% of Total Cost of water proofing Treatment before issue of final completion of work failing which the sum shall be deducted from his RARs/Final Bill.

S&F for powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDMrubber / neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and directed.
