OD32840/2023-2024:Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 100 kW On-grid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono-perc/ Mono Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- Solar Photovoltaic Module of capacity 450 Wp or above, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photo Voltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 18.3%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 0-900 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three-phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and ideal for ambient temperature from 0 to 60 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency and PCU shall be capable of operating in parallel with the grid utility service as per er IEC 61727 and shall be capable of interrupting line-to-line fault currents and line-to-ground fault currents. In PCU, there shall be direct current isolation provided at the output by means of a suitable isolating transformer. The PCU generated harmonics, flicker, DC injection limits, Voltage Range, Frequency Range and Anti-Islanding measures at the point of connection to the utility services should follow the latest CEA (Technical Standards for Connectivity Distribution Generation Resources) Guidelines. Communication Modbus protocol with LAN/WAN/GSM options along with remote access facility and SCADA package with latest monitoring systems. Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. Lightning and surge voltage protection. Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required. The Grid interfacing, including all equipment required for the same such as breakers, isolators, lightning arrestors, panels, protection equipment, cables, conductors and SPV Panel yard etc. as per statutory requirements and comply with the CERC Grid code. Each of the equipment/ components utilised shall be compliant and be subjected to all routine and acceptance tests prescribed in the relevant Indian Standard Specification/ IEC. Comprehensive AMC of the entire solar power plant for 5 years from the date of handing over. The cost includes all spares, cleaning charges, data and recurring charges for communication equipment, etc. as required.

OD33948/2023-2024:Supply fabrication and installation and commissioning wall mounted / floor mounted panel board made out of 1.6mm CRCA sheet duly powder coated and powder coated with 7 tank process as per IS 8623 Part 1 with all up-to-date amendments have three phase bus bar of adequate size having the following accessories and earthing all doors cable glands etc with the following accessories : -1. 160 amp 4 pole 50 Hz 25 ka MCCB- 1 no 2. 100 amp 4 pole 415V 50 Hz 25k a MCCB - 2 no 3. 60 kA SPD with all necessary contacts - 1 no. 4. Inter- phase protection device - 1 no 5. GSM DATA Logger with SIM card - 1 no. 6. LED indication lamps - 6 nos 7. Emergency stop button with cover - 1 no. 8. 3 phase Digital Energy meter with CT - 1no. 9. Fuses for both DC and AC -12 nos and any other accessories as required to be fed into the grid as per Relevant guidelines of engineer in charge, prior approval shall be taken before the fabrication of the panel board.
