Surface excavation in soft / loose soil n.exc. 30 cm deep & averaging 15 cm deep & getting out.all as directed

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth in hard/dense soil for floor, plinth etc and getting out, all as per specification and as directed .

Removing of excavated material in soils exc. 250 m but n. exc. 500 m and deposite where directed.

Providing and laying of 200 mm soling (or sub base) with broker boulders kor quarried stone, inter stices filled, surface formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 10 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as per directed.

Providing and laying of granite, trap or basalt aggregate 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as per specification and as per directed.

Preparing surfaces of Unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as per specification and as directed.

Supply and Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer of Paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sq metre all as per specification and as directed.

(M&L) Premix bituminous, macadam with not less than 4% binder (bitumen) content by weight of total mix, laid/rolled (with 8 to 10 ton power roller) and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen any penetration all as per specification and all as directed by EIC

(M&L) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete 25 mm consolidated thickness with not less than 5.5 % binder (bitumen)content and rolled (with 8 to 10 ton power roller) and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surface complete using paving bitumen any penetration all as per specification and all as directed by EIC.

Premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cu.m. of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of bitumen, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surfacecomplete all as per specification and all as directed by EIC.

Supply & filling of Moorum/ Red bazri in floors/ pavings laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, leveled and rammed including watering as directed.

(M&L) Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic materail by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profiles shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on roasd surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
