Outdoor box

Supplying and fixing of weather proof outdoor junction box for outdoor installation of size 205 x 255 x 112 mm^3 with knockouts for cable entry including din bar, suitable connectorsfor connecting Al cable to copper cable of suitable size, provision for fixing one number of single pole MCB, wether proof Grommets, glands, clamps, screws of required length fastners connections for surface/ recess fixing etc. as required.

EARTHING

Supply and laying of one number 8 SWG good quality bare copper conductor for loop earthing along with existing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured power cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 2.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement, watering pipe and with suitable amount (30kg) of earthing compound (EXCEL compound or equivalent) etc. as required.

MV CABLE LAYING

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed! XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Concreting with 45 x 45 x 100 cm up to ground level and 40 cm above ground level using 8 mm steel reinforcement as per drawing with cement concrete of 1:2:4, after excavation and plastering the sides including a neat cement flushing coat,tapering the top of the plinth for prventing water setting. painting with cement paint, fixing concealed PVC/DWC pipe for incommer cable etc, as required.

Supply and fixing of 40 mm class B, GI pipe including painting on the wall wall, complete connections, testing and commissioning etc as required.

Supply, fabrication, conveyance of 32 mm class B, GI pipe cut and welded to shape fixing the same to wall including painting, suitable iron clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc on the wall / parapet using suitable clamps, painting, making good the damages,etc as required.

Pump Accessoroes

Supplying nylone rope 12mm thick suitable for supporting submesible pump for use in borewell.

Supply of 32mm HDPE Pipe withstanding 8Kg Pressure

Laying of one number 32mm HDPE Pipe (8Kg) direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Poles

Supplying and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised continously tapered octagonal pole made from 3 mm thick sheet of overall length 8 Metre, Provision for fixing flood light fitting with 330 x 275 x 85 mm size MS 'C' channel of 240 cm length, supporting with two numbers of 32mm GI pipe (class 'B') neatly welded to the C channel at the top of the pole and an adjustable base plate of required size and gauge for fixing the light fitting , with standard arm cap. The bottom dia of the pole shall be minimum 130 mm and top 70 mm with inbuilt cable loop in loop out box with flush door and locking facility. The pole shall be with base plate of 200x200x12mm and 4 Nos M24 x 600 mm long foundation bolt. The Pole should be with c type clamp welded on the top for connecting the safety belt. The pole shall be mounted on suitable size foundation and provision for fixing 3 Nos of 6-32A SP C curve MCB for phase distribution for each circuit and thereby load balancing, loop in loop out 3 phase terminals block, required dia PVC/DWC pipe in the foundation for taking cable in & out from the pole, 4Cx2.5 sqmm flexible unarmoured PVC insulated round copper cable from loop in loop out to light fixture, 6-32A SP C curve MCB(3 circuit per pole ) etc with all required accessories. (The cost of the civil foundation is not considered in this item.)
