M&L for dismantling floor heart or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises and com[plete all as specified.

M&L for light coloured Vitrified Ceramic tiles 9-10 mm thick area of each tiles not less than 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6.

All as per item No.2.00 above but on vertical surfaces such as dados, skirtings and risers to steps, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic tiles, coloured, 7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc. (square/rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.06 sqm but n. exc. 0.11 sqm, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles, coloured, 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados and risers to steps etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and complete all as specified

M&L Rendering 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing plastered new surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick work/ concrete surfaces (either surfaces) of wall and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
