The well conversion project for the year 2025-2026 .works include Supply and fixing of square gutter pipe with 160mm PVC 6 kg/cm2 in 17 m length,Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc. is 1.90 m3. Supply of PVC Pipe, 6kg/cm2, 90mm Dia. in 21 m and its laying,Labour for dismantling manually / by mechanical means to the well parapet to insert 90mm PVC pipe and making good condition after work is 1 in no.,Supply and fix a flush valve, 90mm PVC valve, including tees, bends etc, complete is 1 in no., Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared is 2.5 m2,Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m All kinds of soil is 0.980 m3,Supplying, sieving, stacking and spreading 40mm broken stone in the gallery trenches as per standard norms including cost of all materials is 0.193 m3,Supplying, sieving, stacking and spreading 20mm to 12.5mm broken stone in the gallery trenches as per standard norms including cost of all materials is 0.095 m3,Supplying, sieving, stacking and spreading 10mm to 6mm broken stone in the gallery trenches as per standard norms including cost of all materials is 0.098 m3,Providing and fixing precast concrete circular rings with an outer diameter of 0.9 meters, or the nearest available size, and a height of 0.3 meters is 3 nos. and Providing and fixing a precast concrete cover slab is placed on top of the precast concrete circular rings that have already been installed at the site. The cover slab should have a diameter of 1 meter and include two hooks for easy lifting is 1 in no. Minimum quantity of pvc gutter pipe and 90 mm pvc pipe provided in the estimate is 17 m and 21 m res. As per site condition if actual usage of these materials is below the quantity stated above proportionate amount will be deducted from valuation.
