Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surfce excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dence soil.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5m deep as in soft/loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft walls, cesspit, manhole etc n.exc 10Sqm on plan

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M and L for half brick thick brick work sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in CM 1:4 complete all as spd and directed .

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in each layer as in hard / dense soil complete.

Removing excavated material exc 250 Mtrs but n exc 500 Mtrs and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded agregate in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span

M&L RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm grades aggregate in slab, supported on walls beams and columns in floors roofs landings

. M&L TMT bars of 10mm dia and over cut to lenth, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M and L for TMT bar 6 to 8mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders

M&L for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, lintels, cantilevers shelves etc

M & L hard core of broken stone boulders to gauge n exc 63 mm all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for sand filling under floor including watering and consolidationcomplete all as spd and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm brick aggregate) as in sub-base, to floor and foothpath etc complete all as specified and directed

M and L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 40mm graded agg in plinth protection

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finshed even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as spd.

M&L for preparation of old/ new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint and over one coat of alkali resistent priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Matereal and Labour for preparation of new wall surfaces and apply 1mm thick POP on wall surface to make surfaces even and smoonth thereafter apply two coat of oil bond distember on wall.

M and L for 02 coats of white wash on ceiling incl prep of surfaces

M and L for pressed steel frames for of size 125 x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete, as specified, supplied and fixed

S & F 35 mm II nd class hard wood plain framed ,panelled shutters (any numbers of panells), with panells of timber flat on both sides (feather edged ) or of veneered particle board medium dencity , wood particle with commercial face veneers : supplied and fitted to chowkats.

Supply and fix galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm & fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples.

M & L preparation of new wooden surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer exc 10 cm width orgirth

S&F 200mm long aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section.

S&F 150mm size extruded aluminum alloy handles, fabricated type, anodized.

M&L mild steel work such as hold fasts, hooks, clamps etc and similar work conforming to Fe 290. Gde-165

S&F Mild steel sliding door bolts of size 300mm length of bolt, plate type, stove enamelled black with bright bolt not less than 12 mm dia with nad including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate & two on staple plate.

M&L for 2nd class HW in small fittings such as wooden cleats stopper including all necessary labour article n.exc 200 cm each.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for fixing hold fasts.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle ,and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars,dovetailed or welded .

All as per item No 32 above but without glazing bars .

M and L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

M and L for Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with ditto as per item

M & L Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4

M and L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match embeded over 10 thick plaster in CM 1:4

M&L for rolled mild steel as in roof trusses ( framed) trussed , purlins , crane gamtries, rail,and fastening and heavy brackets framing ( Beam, tee, angle , channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe 410-W(Gde-E250)quality-B complete all as specified

S and F pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specification .

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bldg security light bracket (with two sets of clamp,nuts & bolts) made out of 40 mm bore .5 mtr long light grade GI pipe bend to shape and with fixing arrangement duly welded all as directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, electronic regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing sheet metal enclosure with single door for DBs conforms to IS:8623.III , IP:43 protection, shrouded neutral bar and cement spill protector, 8 way, 240 Volt .

M&L earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to glavanised earth wire 4mm diameter by means of Bolts, Nuts, check nuts and washers including earthing pit in PCC ( 1:3:6) type C-1 RCC pre-cast (1:2:4 type B-1) cover slab of 100 mm thick using 8.00mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C as reinforcement, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe , wire mesh, funnel and providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers of 15 cm and 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection of earth wire from earth plate to MCB DB including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, returning, refilling and removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No-3 as specified and directed.

Supplying and Laying testing PVC insulated steel wire /strip armoured cable 25 sqmm 3 core heavy duty,1100 Volt grade, multistranded aluminium conductor cable laid into trench, passing through pipe,ducts,making electrical connection over pole/panel at one end and into the MCB DB's /Main switch/Change over switch through proper lugs /thimbles at the another end ,having following nominal cross sectional area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable on poles, under road crossing etc of 25 mm dia.

Material and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of under ground cable including spreading and punning down to desired thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying brunt brick sub class 'B' of size 23x11.5x7.5 cm locally available best quality laid in treanches for protections of under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for surface sub main wiring with two single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 4.0 sqmm (Nominal area) drawn through in and including PVC casing caping/PVC conduit size with all fittings and accessories alongwith one single core green colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade multi stranded FRLS Copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm as earth lead and connected to earth dolly and making good to disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed. Make of wire : Finolex/Havells/Polycab/Rallison/Plaza. NOTE: (a)Two run of cable with one run of earth wire and one run of casing capping/conduit will be measured as one length.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
