Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in framed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling unframed work under 40sqcm in section in fillets, rails, rafter, purlins etc fixed with nails/screw etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn wrought timber as in framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards with Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling, flat or sloping fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws including dismantling of old ceiling of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 07 here in before but except non asbestos building boards complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.
