Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth; for foundation, laying/taking out pipes/cables etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan & not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cm depth after laying and stretching of cable ) complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying old size, common burnt clay, sub class 'B' bricks, designation 75, laid flat & dry for protection of electric cable in trenches, adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of electric cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HV type-1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of electric cable complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of transformer step down, 11 KV/433 volt as per IS-1180 Part-I 2014 including amendment upto date, energy efficient level -II, Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooled. Outdoor type, copper wound, suitable for AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz system of capacity 250 KVA, oil immersed having Vector group DYN-11, naturally cooled type, complete with and including first filling of transformer oil, delta connection on HT side, star connection on LT side, manually operated, off-load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage to (+)(-) 7.5% in three steps of 2.5% each, cable end box at LT side, LT side cable box shall also be fitted with suitable size of cable glands for making connections with all accessories and under mentioned fittings complete all as specified & directed:- (i) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing and two additional for neutral brought out on a bushing (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Drain valve with plug or cover plate (v) Oil level indicator with minimum and maximum marking (vi) Cooling Radiator (vii) Thermometer pocket (viii) Conservator (ix) Oil filling hole with cover (x) Thermometer 100mm dial/stem type with metal guard having maximum temperature indication with resetting

(xi) Silica gel breather duly filled with silica gel (xii) 03 Nos. Porcelain HV bushing with arcing horn on HV side with bushing rod (xiii) One cable end box on LV side with 4 Nos. porcelain bushing with rod (xiv) Any other fittings as recommended by the manufacturer of effecient functioning of the transformer. Notes:- (i) The drawing of transformer shall be approved by Accepting officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE. (ii) The transformer shall be tested as per IS for all routine tests in the factory premises in the presence of rep of Accepting Officer on the receipt of request from the contractor through GE in addition to routine tests . (iii) The Transformer shall be tested by SEI/EI/AEI beore commissing as & when requested by contractor. (iv) All necessary arrangements i.e. co-ordination with the manufacturer & testing officer, arranging equipments and material to facilitate testing at the manufacturer’s premises etc. shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed), ISI marked with IS-7098 Part II with amendments, size of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Cable shall be of manufacturing date not earlier than May 2023. All the cable shall be embossed with year of manufacturing, meterage at every metre, in addition to its own standard markings as per IS i.e. Size, voltage etc. (ii) Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning, protection pipes, end termination joints & protection covers shall be measured and paid separately. (iii) No straight through joint shall be permitted in less than single drum length.

M&L true vertical steel tubular, swaged welded pole conforming to IS-2713 part II , type 410 SP 55, 11 metre long complete with mild steel base plate of 6 mm thick of size 300mm X 300mm, finial taper plug, cap, bolts, nuts, washer and screws hole of required size and Nos. for fixing cross arms including painting externally with two coats of aluminium paint over & including one coat of zinc oxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for embeded portion in concrete as well as throughout internally including provision of white & blue colour strips with fluorescent paint upto 1.5 mtr height & nubmering of pole complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation, earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation & testing of Switch Air break, gang operated, triple pole, outdoor type for vertical operation, mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on 12 insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism & operating rod of 25mm bore, heavy grade GI pipe with locking arrangements, 200 Amps rating 11000 volts working pressure including dropout fuses mechanicsm complete all as specified & directed.

M&L boring of holes under road, pavement, hardstanding for passing/crossing pipes/cables upto size 100mm dia/bore at suitable depth (not below than 1mtr) by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique & Horizontal directional drilling (HDD) machine complete without damaging the surface and removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr complete all as specified & directed. Notes : Location of boring holes shall be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per requirement, nothing extra shall be payable on account of variation in length of crossing of road etc. During boring soil strata may be changed, hence nothing extra shall be paid to the contractor for boring of holes through different strata/different type of soil. Pipe/Cable shall be measured & paid seperately.

M&L galvanized steel tubing 100 mm light garde (ISI marked) for protection of cable fixed to pole/walls or laid in floors, road crossing ducts with all necessary fittings and fixed with clamps, bolts, nuts and washers etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L HT lightning arresters(set of three) 11000 volt grade, expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kiloampere complete all as specified & directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed. Note: Any necessary formwork deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning of LT electric cable, 1100 Volts grade, heavy duty, XLPE insulated, armoured electric power cable with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 120sqmm, 3.5 core conforming to IS- 7098 (Part I) 1988 laid as in trenches or fixed along the wall/pole or passing through pipes/ducts etc, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified & directed.

M&L ACSR conductor, steel reinforced any type (Weasel, Beaver, Ferret, Mink) including stretching on insulators with aluminium taps, jumping, binding on poles with minimum sag including binding wire, jointing sleeves, and PG clamps of suitable size complete all as specified & directed.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick buried directly vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of Charcoal dust & common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connected to GI earth lead wire 4.00mm dia upto 7.5mtr long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly and including watering pipe medium grade GI 20mm bore 1.5 mtr long & protection pipe light grade GI 15mm bore upto 7.5 mtr long, including wire mesh, funnel, lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation in soft/losse soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil upto 50mtr, pit chamber shall be of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates and pit cover slab 50mm thick shall be of Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates reinforced with XPM weighing not less than 4Kg/sqm including necessary form work complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I, including testing on completion at site complete all as specified & directed. Notes for BOQ item No 25 & 26 :- Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be measured & paid seperately. On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at no extra cost, till the desired earth resistance is obtained. The chamber shall be constructed atleast 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

S&F 32mm x 6mm galvanized iron strip as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc. as required complete all as specified & directed

Supply, installation testing & commissioning factory made tested (including CPRI type test certified firm) outdoor type, floor mounted LT panel board, painted with epoxy powder coating of RAL -7035(Siemens grey) shade with matt finish with seven tank process, double door cubical type suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC supply system having busbar chamber with insulated aluminium busbars of rating 600 Amp installled on porcelain insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof IP-54 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS Sheet and 40mm x 40mm x 6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finished over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer front opening type, including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid copper conductor cable, IS 694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size (but not less than 4.0 sqmm) complete all as specified & directed and comprising of the following:- (A) Incoming: (a) MCCBs 4 pole, 415 Volts, 400 Amps, 36 KA rupturing capacity : 01 No. (b) Multifunction Energy Meters in 96 x 96 Sqmm flush mounted case with six direct access keys & backlit LCD display, accuracy class 1.0, 5Amp CT input LV networks AC Auxiliary Supply. Measurement : V, I, In P, Q, S, PF, F, Ea, Er & Es, THD for V & I, -01 Set (c) CTs of ratio 400/100/5Amp, Class-1, VA burden 15 - 01 set of three each. (d) Indicating lamps - 01 Set of three. (B) Outgoing: (a) MCCBs 4 pole, 415 Volts, 200 Amps, 36 KA rupturing capacity : 02 Nos. Note: (i) Layout diagram of LT panel shall be produced by contractor for approval of Accepting Officer through GE before placing order to manufacturer and panel shall be brought at site as per approved drawing. (ii) Any PCC foundation work, excavation etc. requied at site, cost of same is deemed to be included quoted rates.

M&L danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, fixed with MS clamps , bolts and nuts, for HT of 25 cm x 20 cm size as per SSR Part-I complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr and making good surface in hard / dense soil complete all as specified & directed

M&L preparation of new steel and iron based surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

S&F rolled mild steel section as Joist, channel, angle, tubes, flats or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality-B including cutting, bending, complete all as specified & directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with one washers and with one hexagonal nut of exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 15cm length with dia of neck 11mm to 15mm etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F galvanized iron chain link fencing 4mm dia, made of mild steel GI mesh 50mm x 50mm weight not less than 4Kg per Sqm, binding the same with binding wires including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) Line wire 10mm dia, MS flat iron & Nut/bolts shall be measured & paid seperately. (ii) A BOO of officers shall be ordered by GE to as certiain the unit weight of chain link fencing and shall be measured accordingly.

S&F mild steel round bars as in tie bars of 10 mm dia, fixed to fencing posts including cut to length, bent to shape, welding of bar at spots as directed and other similar works, conforming to Fe 290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified & directed.
