Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius in cement mortar 1:4 in half brick thick wall complete all as specified.

M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (WPC shall be measured and pad for separatly )

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rendering 05 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges device as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L factory made 2nd class hard wood 35 mm thick plain framed panelled shutter( two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on boths face . The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with partical board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde E-165) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F double shutter steel window box type ERW hollow P section comprising of glazed/gauged skeleton shutter fabricated from following sections :- (a) ERW hollow P section of size 60 mm x25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (02 Nos i.e. 01 for glazed shutter and 01 for gauzed shutter ). Both P section shall be welded with flat iron 25x03 mm thick all around of frame on both inner and outer faces . (b) Style and rails of window shutters shall be fabricated with ERW hollow P section of size 50 mm x25 mm made from 1.00 mm thick MS sheet and comprising of 02 Nos sash bars for glazed window leaf of T – section 20 x 03 mm thick and one No sash bar of 20 mm x 3 mm thick section for gauzed winodw leaf . (c) Vertical mullion shall be ERW hollow T -section of size 60 x 25 mm made from 1.25 mm thick MS sheet (d) The above steel window shall be deemed to include the following accessories/ fittings : i) Hold fast 150mm long mild steel flat iron 12x3 mm thick made to shape- 04 Nos per window ii) Handle of Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long – 01 No per leaf. iii) MS tower bolt stove enamelled 150mm long- 2 Nos per leaf. iv) Z section 20mmx25mm, 100mm long stopper – 01 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 55 mm long of solid square 15x20x.63mm square - 01 No per leaf vi) Pintal hinges 12 x 75 mm - 2 Nos each leaf vii) 10mm square Guard bar @ 10 cm c/c welded to frame . (viii) Two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer. (ix) 0.36mm nominal dia of stainless steel wire mesh and average width of aperture of 1.40mm fixed in gauzed skelton shutter of window with flat iron 15 x 03 mm with steel screws . (x) 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane fixed in glass shutter of window. (xi) Fabrication and fixing arrangements as per specification including cutting holes and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 /cement plaster 1:4 as require and make finish good to the existing surface complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery, grill and other accessoriries as mentioned above. (iii) The window upto 1.00 metre width shall consists of two leaves both for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and all the shutters are openable. The window more than 1.00 metre width shall have two openable leaves on both outer side for gauzed shutter and glazed shutter and middle leaf/shutter shall be fixed type.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles joint free premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x450 x7mm/ 450x 350x7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L vitrified ceramic double charged light shade tiles 1st quality (square/rectengular), 10mm thick, area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L vitrified ceramic double charged light shade tiles 1st quality (square/rectengular), 10mm thick, of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No. 69 above but 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surface over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick vitrified coloured paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base and finished even and fair without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of size not less than 550mm x 550mm in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 22 mm thick of same description as of floor kota stone in serial item No. 75 above but 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing (granite finish) over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in floors, horizantal surfaces and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl rounding of front edge complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S & F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F aluminium (Diecast) body hydraulically door closer regulated,designation No.3, universal type,suitable for door shutters of 851 mm to 1000 mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, govering pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty and fixed as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of all type aluminium window/door shutter with frame and refixing it after resecuring its frame work by means of tightening with new screw ,cleats, rubber gasket and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F GI Metal Suspended ceiling of approved materials of size 595x595 mm in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling laying perforated Tegular edge global white colour tiles of size 595x595 mm and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of GI sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and 20% perforation area with 1.8 mm dia holes and having NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.5, electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending and perforation, and backed with a black Glass fiber acoustical fleece.

S & F 5mm PVC hollow sheet (the thicknees of inner wall 0.7 to 1.00mm) panelling inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site with U clip or PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified including dismantling of existing paneling.

Dismantling stone slabs/marble etc, any thickness jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Marble Baroda green 16-18mm thick in one piece in width and length less than 1.8 metre (except in case of slab is more than 1.80 metre and less than 2.40 metre smaller size as approved by Engr-in-Charge may be used) table rubbed & polished as in cooking platform/window cills etc over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble incl rounding of front edge and finally granite finish polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors,windows & partition including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a). Glazing shall be measured and paid separately; (b). Weight of aluminium sections shall be as per IS or actual weight which ever less shall be measured. (c). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required and the same shall not be measured for arriving the weight; (d). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed.

S&F fixed side hung type without sash bar window, ventilator shutter made from powder coated aluminium section (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) , aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg per mtr, window frame (chowkats) of size 101.6mm x 44.45mm x 2.50mm thick including the cost of EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket required with extruded built up standard tubular sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge:- Note : (a). Glazing/wire mesh shall be measured and paid separately. (b). The rates quoted shall be inclusive of neoprene beading, glazing clips, jointing clips, screws, etc as required. (c). The rates shall be inclusive of locking arrangement including complete packing with silicon gel alround contacting surface of aluminium framework and including matching the existing surface area complete all as specified and directed. (d) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit.

M&L 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board exterier grade (grade-1) confirming IS 14587 prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination and fixed to aluminium door shutter with glazing clips, rubber complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L sheet glass 4.0mm thick ordinary,frosted on one side in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick tinted glass to aluminium frame work with glazing clips, rubber etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F anodised aluminium grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/ pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the window frame with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminium standard section around the opening, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cutting and uprooting of tree roots and unwanted vegetations on roof and wall surfaces by digging safely in concrete roof or brick wall and pouring acid or approved chemical to avoid further growth of roots land making good the surfaces by filling cracks and disturbed portion in cement mortar (1:3) or PCC 12:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm size crushed stone aggregates) without using extra cement, of each area exceeding 0.5 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The approval of pouring acid shall be got approved by GE before incorporating in above item.

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of white lime wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of ceiling by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of the ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L preparation of old decorated brick/concrete, plastered / un--plastered surfaces of walls by brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with painting roller over prepared surfaces of the walls, pillars, cornices etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L complete removal of existing treatment on wall by scrappers or any other means and washing , rubbing down and stopping complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
