D | PROVISSION OF ITEMS AS PER EVENT THEME

SOFA & TEPOY (SETS OF 2-SEATER) : Hiring of Sofas and tepoy set as per the requirement of the event. The quote shall include per day hire charges including transportation, loading, unloading etc. ( 15 Sofa & Tepoy Set) |

Round table seating with good quality chairs |

STAGE: Stage in the lawn to be made in the required dimensions including carpet in theme matching colour of choice, skirting, steps with covelights, customised podium as per the requirement of the event. The quote shall include per day hire charges including transportation, loading, unloading etc.Size to be considered is Cutomise Stage with multiple layers of 3D elements as per set design including edgelits and inlits along with offstage closing panels and onstage entry/ exit panels with backstage steps. Also, including layered console - fabrication and masking as well as overall masking for lights and wiring |

Power Backup for LED Screen & Event is to be made available. Genset charges to be quoted per day basis for the event which should include 125 KVA for Video, 125KVA for lights and 125 KVA for sound (3 shifts per day). Sound & Mike: Arrange for good quality mike at 20 Wireless Podium Mike, Wireless Mike 5 nos, Collar Mike 4 nos and Speakers as per the requirement of hall during the event. The quote shall include per day hire charges including transportation, loading, unloading etc. Minimum Of 5 Wireless Mikes, 4 Lapel Mikes and good quality Speaker System as per artist tech rider or equivalent. |

Licence & Permission: Licence and Permissions to be made available for the event as per the statutory requirement to carry out the event. Bidder shall be responsible to make advance arrangements for the same. |
