Dismantling of MH / LED/ T-5/ Gate / Garden light fittings of any capacity from existing poles / buildings of any height/type including re-fixing after repair/replacment of unserviceable parts such as LED drivers,LED modules T-5 tubes, chokes etc and making the fitting functional by replacing minor parts such as nuts,bolts PVC connector upto Rs. 25.00 each complete all as specified and directed. (Notes:- New Parts shall be measured & paid separately as given here-in-after as supply only).

Supply and fix in repairs loop-in loop-out box of size 20x20x15cm made of 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door of locking arrangements and slanting cover on top with provision of aluminium busbar of size 25 x 2mm - 4 No fixed on insulator complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED flood light Lumos heat resistance toughened glass suitable for 70 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED flood light Lumos heat resistance toughened glass suitable for 100 Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 50 x 6 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc including dismantling of old bracket complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commisioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 12KW 3P, three phase, max load 12KW Manufactured by KAKATIYA ENERGY SYSTEMS LTD HYDERABAD or equivalent of other make complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor

Supply ,fixing ,commisioning and testing of Nature timer switch control Street Lights complete with MCB, Power and Panel duly complete with wiring Model : SWADEEP-02EC 8KW 1P, single phase ,max load 8KW Manufactured by KAKATIYA ENERGY SYSTEMS LTD HYDERABAD or equivalent of other make complete all as specified and directed. Note :- CA No & date of installations shall be painted/marked on all timer switch provided by the contractor

S & F in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable one twin core, flat or circular 6Sqmm PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tapes and overall PVC sheathed in service connection from pole to main switch complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement 1100 Volts grade heavy duty cable one twin core, flat or circular 10 Sqmm PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tapes and overall PVC sheathed in service connection from pole to main switch complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in any type soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand cushioningng (dry sand) to under ground cable for cable protection provided with layers 8cm thick before laying and 15cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose punned thickness of 18cm shall be measured against spread thickness of 18cm as mentioned in para19.75 of SSR Part-I

Supply and laying sub class B bricks old size for protection of cables laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable, adjecent to each other complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement GI pipe light grade 40mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, conforming to IS - 7098 Part I - 2009 with aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sqmm , 2 core in ducts or on walls laid in trenches including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable, heavy duty, conforming to IS - 7098 Part I - 2009 with aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sqmm, 4 core in ducts or on walls laid in trenches including taking out old unservicable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Lopping / prooning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :-(a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Prooning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while prooning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for prooning of trees.

Supply and fixing of micro prismatic reftective sheet, min 10 cm wide, with adhesive base for dirtectly fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel straps, washers and nut 75mm height, 90 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in replacement pin type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for taking down of old aluminium conductor of any description /size from LT Poles including cross arms, bracing and other steel accessories.

Fixing of ACSR conductor, removed under Item No 29 on existing or new LT poles including binding with 02 mm dia aluminium binding wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing of ACSR conductor of any size including binding on existing LT poles or new poles with 02 mm dia aluminium binding wire all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of existing HT/LT/street light pole for writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base of 10 cm dia with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified. Note : Pole serial no. will be as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of LT/street light pole complete and painting with one coat of aluminium paint including channels/ brackets, street light brackets, cross arms and making red & white strips with synthetic enamelled paint of 30 cm height, each alternative strip upto 1.5 mtr height and writing pole numbers with yellow synthetic enamelled paint after making circular base with black synthetic enamelled paint and applying two coats of white wash on PCC coping complete all as specified. Note : Pole serial no. will be as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces including broken of existing PCC all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole of any size and discription including concrete and foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt, nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in red and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fabricating and fixing, cross arms (any type) supports, bracting, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint as well as dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Unbinding and restretching of GI earth wire 04mm dia on LT poles and including wire with 1.63mm dia GI binding wire all as specified & directed. Note : 1. Cost of binding wire shall be included in the rate. 2. Distance between two poles for one single Length of GI wire will be consider as one span.

Supplying, drawing and fixing in replacement of contineous GI earth wire/gaurd/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on HT poles incl taking down old rusted GI wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for bus bar chamber, fixed on wall, 4 ways, 200 Amps ,415 V powder coated, water & vermin proof , IP-66 protection duly provided with front openable door incl provision of TPN copper bus bar heat shrinkable colored PVC sleeve coated for phase and neutral including taking down of old bus bar chamber complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing in replacement complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically (to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x6mm size with nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 40mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR -2009 Part I and connecting to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all as shown in electrical plate in No 3 of SSR(Pt-I)2009 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of floor / wall / road / footpath for removal of under ground cable of any size / description and making good as existing surface not exc 40cm in width and depth complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing/laying in replacemnet, galvanized iron strip of size 32x6 mm as earth continuity conductor provided in between earth test point terminal and upto the equipment incl nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figuers and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm.

Supply and fixing of PVC LT OH line spacer for 5 wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC LT OH line spacer for 4 wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of PVC LT OH line spacer for 2 wires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning in repair of heat shrinkable type straight through jointing kit suitable for LT cable of size 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm, 3.5 to 4 core, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed armoured 1100 volts grade.

All as per ser item No 49 here-in-before but 95 to 240 Sqmm.

Supply and fixing of off load change over switch of capacity 100 Amp TPN with enclosure box including handle and other accessories inlcuding dismantling of existing change over switch including disconnection and connection of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of off load change over switch of capacity 200 Amp TPN with enclosure box including handle and other accessories inlcuding dismantling of existing change over switch including disconnection and connection of LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

S & F contactor MNX 40 of existing make/model suitable for street light timer including dismantling existing unserviceable from the timer assembly and making reconnection connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F timer digital type suitable for street light timer including dismantling existing unserviceable from the timer assembly and making reconnection connection complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stay assembly in replacement consisting of galvanised stay wire 7/10 SWG stay bow of 14 mm dia, stay rod 16 mm dia 180 cm long with loop insulators stay plate 230 x 230 mm x 6 mm with PCC foundation 1:3:6 type C2 complete with stay clamps, bolts and nuts all as specified and directed by EIC including the following :-. (a) Excavation and earth work for stay foundation in soft/loose soil,disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 metres & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point as directed. (b) PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in embedding blocks all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement cable route markers made of galvanised iron with embossing of HT Cable or LT Cable, supporting MS angle of 75cm long, for HT/LT cable route marking duly embedded in and including PCC (1:3:6) foundation up to 30 cm incl excavation and earth work.
